Today I'm sharing a recipe for refreshing lemon ice cream!

Zest of 2 lemons.
Sugar (100g / 3.5oz).
Juice of 2 lemons.
Egg yolks (3 pcs.).
Butter (15g / 1 tbsp).
Cream 33-36% (500ml/2 cups).
While the ice cream is setting, prepare RECIPE #2 - secret lemon mousse without eggs and condensed milk.
Lemon juice from 2 lemons (100 ml/~2/5 cup).
Water (100ml/2/5 cups).
sugar (120g/2/3 cups),
Cornstarch (30g/3 tbsp).
Turmeric (1/3 tsp) for color.
Raspberry (100g/3.5oz),
Sugar (70g/1/3 cup).
Pectin (3g/2/3 tsp).
whipped cream 33-38% (250 ml/1 cup),
Sugar (50g/1/4 cup).
