    I watched the interview he gave to Fifth Estate 6 years ago. I believe he was telling the truth then, although he did lie to the police and refused to testify at the trial. He may not be the one who pulled the trigger, but he gave his wife a gun and went for a walk. The fact that she was an invalid and he was having an affair is a strong motive to help his wife to kill herself.

    • @adamali9346
      @adamali9346 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Affair doesn't make him a killer! if that's your justification.
      He was having an affair for number of years, why he didn't kill her then?
      Secondly, She suffered stroke. If you know stroke patients, they go through much tougher life and depression than normal people. Lot of them do commit or think about suicide.
      He retired early to take care of her. Men don't necessarily think like that; to kill wife and continue affair especially when he is able to continue an affair without any repercussions for years. He is a judge, he knows better if he kills her and continue an affair, it would have been devastating.
      Blame the culture of immorality and shamelessness; rather an individual. These things are facilitated in society we live in. It became a norm because certain things are not understood but accepted as freedom, which people meant to abuse. It wouldn't be a norm if certain limits are forced on to people, where they have to comply with some sort of morality and limits. There isn't moral code when freedoms are given and people are willing to exploit the situation for their advantage.

    If you are reading this and don't know what came after the time this video was released, Delile was acquitted and left the court that day with his family. This clip doesn't give a lot of detail but there's a 42 minute Fifth Estate episode from 7 years ago (as of 2022) which goes into more detail. One thing that isn't mentioned in it was the pathologist did not have a proper and complete autopsy report as the brain was left untouched.

      @CallMeHunee 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      See the thing with this is, if he really just wanted to be with his mistress, wouldn’t he have at least lied and told his story to try to get out of it? He told his family the truth and they preferred that he kept it to himself, and he did that and is in prison. If he didn’t wanna go to jail wouldn’t he have at least tried to get out? No instead he went in silently and left it because it was the best for his family at the time. Honestly if I was with a terminally spouse and they wanted to end it, I probably would help them too. Why? Because I feel like sometimes it’s selfish for us to force people who are dying and just want to end it. Maybe that sounds crazy, but that’s just how I see it. I hate seeing people suffering as they slowly die, so why not speed up the inevitable on their own time?

    Thankfully the new ballistics evidence will probably free this man.
    We should all leave our biases behind if we are going to support anything and anyone.
    Just because this man LOOKS like Dracula and is a JUDGE doesn't mean he did it.
    I followed this case earlier this year and really believe that this lady killed herself and this guy was caught up in the middle.

    Ok wow. The evidence is 50/50 but this man gets life while the police that KILLED George Floyd plainly seen in the body cam video isn't in prison for life smh

      George Floyd was NOT killed by anyone... he killed himself with an overdose... he was a dead man walking with a massive overdose and a heart condition... he would have died that day no matter what according to his autopsy...

      If George Floyd was in prison for all the crimes he has committed over his entire criminal life/he wouldn’t be dead today. This is what happens when people get away with crap

      The man was suffering from Anxiety and claustrophobia. Kneeling on someone's neck is detrimental if you look at biology. But since the police is white he isn't wrong. I hope someone offs him or some family member of his in the same way. The complain was floyd paid with a counterfeit note which was never substantiated. But for the sake of argument and white people always wanna be right- the officer was correct to kneel on the man's neck without testing if he is intoxicated from whatever, claimed he was resisting because floyd was explaining his illnesses. So by all means kneel on his neck! Toodles
