Bugs and rodents can be a big problem with cardboard boxes and trash bags. Even in storage. I would recommend using thick plastic containers, if at all possible to protect your stuff.

I recently did an office declutter and got rid of so many manuals. I couldn't believe it. I still have the cards my Mom got at her baby shower for me; I'm 61 years old! And kids in the background is a sweet sound. I don't care what they're doing.

We are currently expecting baby #4 and this makes me want to go through our bins of baby clothes and item because I know there is a lot in there that I didn't use the last time that I don't expect to even look at this time. But the bins are in the back of my closet and my husband is sleeping so I can't get to it till later and by then I'll probably prefer a nap XD.

So many clothes! I only had one son snd he’s 28 now. I had to bag up his adult clothes he left when he moved out. I still have a room to go through that looks a lot like your attic. Thanks for the motivation.

Regarding insurance, we purchased $10,000 coverage on each of our kids when they were born. It was extremely inexpensive! The peace of mind knowing we had it,God forbid anything would happen to our kids, made me feel so much better.

The depends in your maternity bin! I don't even remember where I saw it but made postpartum so much easier!!!! Saved my underwear and probably my bed from the mess! I tore down there and was stuck with the warm water iodine for almost 3 months before I could be normal! 2nd was a way better birth used them for the mess then too and 1st thing I recommend to pregnant moms

Becky, please know I am not criticing, but how did you come to have so many clothes for you children ? Was a lot of it hand me downs? I have watched many young mothers declutter and it seems there are always more clothes than the family really needs. Great job on what you have done so far!!

I wish I had been able to keep my Poms uniform, but they were “school property” and needed to be turned in after the season.
I would love an update on your anxiety and the mushrooms! I also have postpartum anxiety, for almost 2 years now! I researched adrenal fatigue like crazy and I'm trying to fix that! But I started taking supplements like gaba, L- theanine, lemon balm and reishi!! I also stopped drinking coffee and that has made a HUGE difference in my anxiety! I didn't realize that coffee was making such a huge impact on my adrenals and anxiety! I also meditate and do positive affirmations everyday! 🤷♀️😆 my anxiety was completely gone for months! It has came back a little but But nothing like I had it before and I'm sure I'll get it to go away for good once I stop eating like shit. 😆🤷♀️
I'm so happy to hear you've made so many positive changes to manage your anxiety! I think that's amazing! My anxiety is doing SO much better as well! I have continued the mushroom regimen and feel like it's significantly improved my life as a whole. You're so right about eating bad though! When I'm not eating healthy my mental health takes a huge tole! I notice it almost immediately 😅

I would put your cheerleader outfit in a shadow box that way you can hang it on the wall and do the same for your husband's sport stuff then when your kids get older they can say my mom was a cheerleader and my dad was this to there friends and you get to remember the days of doing those things as well

Difficulties? Lol No. Most of these items are second hand to us and that is why we are decluttering and donating.
