one big issue video with iPhone is not able to see yourself unless with apple watch..any suggestion or gear that helps with that problem? love the video
There are a few options. 1. I find the apple watch the most convenient way to frame yourself. I use it a lot when filming myself. You can get an apple watch series 3 for 300$ which is not bad. Another option would be to upgrade to the iPhone 14 Pro that has an improved selfie camera with focus capapbilities. I love using the selfie camera from time to time amd for vlogging I find it really convenient. A more affordable suggestion would be to use a flip mirror by ulanzi. :)

hi bro... one small thing..... i noticed that your talking to camera video is in 24fps, u have your nd filter on camera i guess.... but the movement is kind of different(not like cinematic), not so smooth... even i have the moment nd filter while i shoot in 24fps in high sun light same thing happens to me, is it like that way or something else...?? pls reply....
No the beastgrip lenses, as far as i know can only be used with their cages, however when it comes to third party lenses you can use them with the beastcage.

as usual corners wobble due to stabilization error in smartphones, and you have to buy gimbal or tripod or switch off stabilization and add it at post processing.

Yes you will need counterweights in order for the gimbal to perform at it’s best with the anamorphic lens. These are the counterweights I use: geni.us/DgTqDZj. You can place up to 3 weights to get it balanced.

Good, thanks for the video, great I find my happiness, I have the same Beastgrip Pro Universal Rig + Pro Series 1.33X Anamorphic Lens as you, but with samsung S 22 ultra, but when I film, I do not have the same cinematic look as yours, is it adjusted or is it done automatically? or I have to cut the top and bottom black bands in order to have this anamorphic effect as your film, did you do this in Adobe Premiere Pro? I mean cinematic effect? Thanks a lot
Happy to see you are using a similar setup! The black-bars are automatically added when enabling the anamorphic setting in FiLMiC pro, i had no need to trim the top and bottom. I did some color grading to make it pop more :)

At the moment i would wait with filmic pro as they are reviewing their pricing subscription plan and is quite expensive at the moment. I would go for the BEASTCAM app 👍🏻

Bro I just recurved this dji om5 and tried the app and it's saying can't open file, what kind of device has so much hype then the app capability is trash? It won't even open for me , somebody please help, got me mad I spent my money on this thing
imo this setup doesn't work great handheld unless u have CRAZY steady hands. You have to turn off stabilization to get the full 1.33x effect and then the footage becomes very shaky. If you leave stabilization ON you get the jello effect at 3:57 on the sides. Best case is turn off stabilization on the iphone and get a gimbal.

The thing with Anamorphic footage is that it looks great cause you are barely moving at all. Has anyone tried actually panning realistically?
