Cherry tomatoes 100-150 gr.
we cut
cucumber 1/2.
Red onion 1/2.
Avocado 1pc.
We remove the bone.
We remove the shell.
celery (optional)
Parsely.
chop finely
Corn 50 gr.
Salt to taste.
juice of 1/2 lemon.
olive oil
Mix well.
That's all!

Great salad but ingredients cost me $11.
Only $11, where I live it would cost families $50.
Look at it this way. How many potions can you make with that 11.
Costs me about 25$
$11 is NOTHING. My wife and I often spend $ 100 for lunch. This is a healthy bargain.
