The game isn't dying per say but the community is definitely split in between groups of "oh I love this season I'm brand new", and the Og players that just want that cartoony feeling and the aesthetic the game had way back when. I recently let go of my Fortnite account with some exclusives from Samsung and most if not all chapter 1 skins other than aerial assault but anyway the game for me is in such a bad state that I'd rather just sell my account and use the money for something else because this game's updates are getting too silly and unnecessary for me. People always say the same old shit. "Oohhh Fortnite is dying" "It's a dead game" No, with all the plans Epic Games have for Fortnite's future, especially from the huge roadmap leak. Then no, Fortnite is not dying yet. Plus they got the new 'Open World' Mode coming in the future too.
So another mode is coming that will take the resources from battle Royale? Great. Gonna be played for 2 weeks and then nobody is gonna play it like the rest of the modes.

The game is dying especially if u look at the past 3 seasons , they are completely moving away from the core game multiple games have made and some this decision before , it ends up killing the game 95% of the time , no POIs , shitty weapon gameplay , shitty medallions , rocket racing and Lego died instantly , dogshit event awful mythics , loot pool boring , 80% of the lobby’s are bots , so Yh the game is dying
@@yoyoyoyoyoyo6 BR is dying not the game. As I said BR is now only a small part of Fortnite. Rocket Racing did flop but lego currently has over 30k Players which is higher than most games all time high peak so definitly not dead. But the quality of BR content is lacking, I agree!

Everyone I know quit and I’ve now quit. OG was ruined due to Epic restricting shield and C5 is worse - half the players get the meta and the other half get trash loot and no shield. Epic want players eliminated quickly and have made the game unfair and placed many players at a disadvantage with poor loot. C4 was the end of a fair game. It’s also boring now because weapons are way to OP which takes away the fun and you don’t need skill.
I love Fortnite And also make content on the game and I think it will never die mainly because because it’s free as you and others have said and I also see it as a cycle where the players that do leave get replaced by new ones so Fortnite will always have a sustainable player base no matter what state the game is in. It may have its low points at times but Fortnite is definitely a special game. There’s a reason it’s managed to stay on top for this long
Awesome video and the 100th video. I love Fortnite, when I first started playing it I was try not to get addicted to it but I pretty much play it everyday. I don’t think it’s dying or ever will in my opinion, the reason I say is is because like you said it’s a free game so that alone’s problably gonna get new players playing It plus the battle pass and collabs so like I said no I don’t think it’s dying or ever will. 👍🏻

Creative maps and modes have started to be even more popular, it’s more fun than this seasons theme and crap. Fortnite is not dying battle Royale is that’s the answer. And Fortnite will never die.
I hope not, I just jumped off and signed back in after first signing up years ago. I don't want to admit the amount of stupid money I've sunk into skins, emotes, passes, and crew. 😅 But I'm having fun 🥳
ive been on the fortnitw grind cause im after 4k watch hours now. but i havent been able to motivate my self to get on the game and play. its boring, no mobility that charges iver time so your forced to sprint. all medallians location are on the right and left side of the map which last season it was spread all over the place. stupid changes nobody asked for like removing skin rarities. upsettings starwars update. overpriced skin bundles sinced they removed rarities they can force skin in bundles so we never jnow the true value of the skin. play count has fallen. i have no faith in season 3 its going to be the same bs so from now on i jave to force my self to play.
I just miss the old charm and cartoony look. Sucks we won’t be able to see what the game could have been if mustard didn’t leave

This is completely true, the only reason I've kept playing is because of the new melee weapon, avatar mythica, and some skins.
