- Terrifying video shows hotel guests running to take cover as a tornado ripped through an Oklahoma hotel. Matt Macedo shot the video at the Hampton Inn in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He and other guests took shelter in a windowless utility room. “The scariest thing for me was everybody rushing into the room,” says Macedo. “That was the closest it came to panic.” Inside Edition’s Megan Alexander has more.
As an Oklahoman, we do NOT claim these idiots
Listening to tornado sirens instead of finding cover right away? 💀 lucky it wasn't a f5 I guess
When you get the warnings on your phone or on tv, you go find cover right away. You don't grab a cell phone and record on what's happening, when the sirens go off that means it's here, you go find cover as soon as they warn you and the sirens go off. I swear people with their phones too busy to heed warnings like this is getting out of hand. Put the phone down, heed the warning, find shelter quick, don't take pictures or selfies you can do that after the tornado passes. 1 person in OK was killed by this tornado another missing. This isn't a movie, it's real, quit taking selfies.
A tornado siren is scary enough. I’m not waiting for the tornado to find me. I’m taking cover
"just moments to take cover"?

When the siren sounds, it's no joke. You take cover ! Even Oklahomans stop watching.
tornado sirens screaming, lemme live-stream selfie style
Bet someone will try to sue the hotel...🙄
tornado rips through the hotel
that would scare me so hard
UnFREAKINGbelievable. Absolutely horrifying. You need to find shelter immediately, NOT linger around to see what's happening. Geez
“Welcome to Oklahoma.”
There must be a plethora of building renovation jobs in the US
Seems like a few really dumb hotel guests. Luckily no one was hurt.
Wow he really stood outside while the tornado came right up on him smh what an idiot
The siren is a Federal Signal Thunderbolt 1000t (5/6 chopper).
Reminds me of the movie Twister when they were at the drive-thru
My God! That was scary. I'm glad those people survived and that I don't live in Oklahoma. To be honest, I wish I could see a tornado in person, but from a safe distance of course.
