There's a character in Paladins called Lian whose ult is what I wish Belica's was. Instead of a lock on single target, it is a piercing magical shot in a straight line, with a loud and obvious windup time. It lets you hit multiple people but you have reaction time, and isn't a guaranteed hit. It also locks you down in place so it can be done to stop yourself from falling down, like some sort of angel of doom.

Just tell me you didn't understand what I said in that video you do not build half of one build and half of another. if you go ability build you go full ability build if you go auto attack build you go full auto attack build you do not get half ability and half AA that's just not how that works it's a good way to be useless in both regards
