Native Frames Per Seconds is always a better way to compare as moniters with higher refresh rates have hard time correctly giving native refresh rates of different monitors :/ This makes this video only applicable for your moniter's capabilities to show lower Refresh Rates unlike native ones.

You need to get a slomo camera to see the difference. Like recording in at least 500fps to see anything. Most phones can only record 240fps max plus TH-cam only shows 60fps
Yea this isn’t going to show much on a 60Hz screen like most of have on our phones. And I have never even used anything above 180Hz that is my sweet spot. Older games don’t look good after a certain threshold and 180Hz at 1440p is good enough for mid range. Im not spending more on a monitor than my GPU lol these things are over $1K.
