It in fact, can. If you listened to the video it outlined the laptop was for educational purpose, based on the PC spec it is unable to usually run Java yet it wasn’t designed to.
It’s designed to successfully run Educational edition of Minecraft, not for children to whine on the internet saying their crusty iPad can run better than that.
@@CutieKoryn Education edition is a tweaked version of Bedrock, if it can only barely run Bedrock on absolute minimum settings then it can only barely run Education edition on absolute minimum settings.

You have to understand that it is a laptop made for older versions of minecraft. Because of the showcase photos on the back of the box, they are from 1.12 or prior.

It’s made for education edition which is better optimised for that laptop.
Gotta be honest here. I'm pretty sure newcomers wouldn't really care about which version they play first. The only ones who care about playing Java and only Java are kids who listened way too much to Minecraft youtubers.

I use that laptop to play Minecraft and if you install sodium it runs really smoothly

He is a 4070 yeah right and an Intel I-9 1400 K so it will be bottlenecked by the computer unfortunately but if you got a 4090 it would totally work or 4080

It’s a crappy cheap laptop, an ssd won’t help since it’s not the issue, ram is unupgradable, so this laptop is really made for homework and some light gaming (it comes with office lmao)

@@RusRus72 I use 4GB of RAM, with an i3 1315U, it’s really good, it has a M.2 NVMe based SSD, and it runs Minecraft really good, SSDs help really good, and also, the celeron supports up to 8GB of DDR4 2400MHz RAM, so it’s a bit upgradable.
And it's all soldered the effort to re ball the ram and emmc flash would not be worth All the work
As soon as I saw Guiny pull out that shi from the box, I instantly knew it was a rip off Chrome book 🤣, it literally has almost the same exact specs and type of keyboard, the only difference is that a chromebook has more memory and it doesn't run on a sd card, but that probably depends on the price, there's probably more out there that are cheaper and has the same exact specs as this

currently i STILL USE this laptop, and i can say my experience:
-runs photoshop cs6, however dont expect to multitask with alot of apps open.
-i can barely play java 1.8.9 without optifine, ive gotten 1.12 to work with 2 chunks of render distance.
the 64gb just is not enough, and the specs are ass, thankful im upgrading soon 🙏
Happy for you man, I can't imagine what it's like playing on that laptop, it makes me appriciate mines more since I can at least run the later versions on 70fps, and about 140-180 with fps mods and optifine

That's what i feel about playing Minecraft with 2 cores CPU and when I did some upgrading to ram and changing hdd to ssd and installing archlinux because windows is too heavy, and yeah it runs great with +100fps but still stutters when creating a fresh new world but after playing a long time it runs smoothly

yes, there would be a difference. that laptop should run something like adelie linux for the best performance (runs awesome on a pentium 4), alpine linux, antix or bodhi

my laptop has same specs, i overclocked it and runs minecraft bedrock pretty good(unless it rains mid game) other games will not keep up, its just for watching media and homework
