What you are playing is MEDITATION! I Thought this has to do with spirituality.. How is it then that the flutist is naked at her back and even deliberately turns to show us the naked back?
What I find impossible to understand is why she has to wear the open top back dress! What has that got to do with the beauty of the flute and music she played so well.? And she made sure that we saw enough of her open back. Does woman no longer realize that her body is a sacred gift from her Maker? A gift to be preserved and not displayed for public view...

Stephanie Kimmel Personally, I feel as though her movements improve the performance because she is moving with the music and reeeally feeling it which draws me in and allows me to really feel it too. That's just the way I am, though. :)
I say keep moving! I do the same while I play, and it receives many compliments from people saying they enjoy the music a lot more when they see that the musicians enjoy playing the music or it's flowing through them!

i guess that her breathing does not allow her to maintain that high note according to prescribed duration.
