It was not a fault note, he just not sustain enough to maintain the note (cause of the decrescendo), so the sound drop to the lower harmonic. So technically it’s not a fault note :)
It is a very wonderful performanceand this work.It shakes person,s soul. This great composer might have received 「 blessing」.If not， it will not come this work which shakes and impresses man,s soul so much. There are few songs where tears are spilled when we feel heartwarming listening.

I play both instruments, not very well, but enough to know that the pianist did a wonderful job not over powering the flutist, Bravo for both!
