I have a couple of questions, if you are serious about drag racing this car wouldn't you reinforce the torque boxes, especially with those solid rear bushings? And if you are taking that same rear suspension off the bullit, why not use it on this car and buy the new stuff for the Bullitt? Great content either way, I really enjoy your channel
Similar concept but the pro series control arms might go to the drift car and bullitt get some poly street lower and uppers. Just depends how noisy the car is when it gets back together. I want the car to be smooth and comfortable for the winner
We have more coming for the rear suspension but we are targeting 400-700whp for now. This car will see many stages of mods. Obviously the rear end internally is still stock too. Just making some steps slowly but want to get the car running and making passes within a few weeks.
The stock Bilstein shocks are pretty good. BC Coilovers would be a good upgrade all around but definitely pricey compared to just shocks. If you wanted a good drag shock viking makes a set for the IRS as well
@@MustangLifestyleTV Thanks bro. I was thinking about Vikings too, I just wanted your take on it because you have lots of experience with all different setups.
As fellow SN95 owner(96 cobra) and soon to be bullitt owner i approve of these mods
With solid upper control arms and spherical bushings you will get suspension bind. Dont ask me how I know LOL Have you ran the car yet?
I used to have a black '95 GT that thing brings back memories excited to see what it turns into 👍
Don’t forget to weld the axle tubes!!!! I hope you didn’t use stock control arm bolts either!!! They will bend. Just a heads up brother.

I was waiting for this video!
What is the song called on your first time lapse?
Do u still have the 302?
Andrew...question: What rear shock would you recommend for my 03 Terminator for street performance. My car is lowered.

This is looking to be a really awesome build
Spherical bearings are super noisy. Doesn’t bother me but it takes some getting used to.
Yup. Noise isn’t a problem on this car lol. All about going fast in a straight line
@@MustangLifestyleTV it will go straight that’s for sure!
Okay guys I have a Ford 2007 4.6 what are the pros and cons about that motor? By the way it's a two valve
First the 07 should be 3v lol
I don't know of any major issues with them but if you wanted to make a lot of power then you would need to build the motor.
Well if I would have known anything about these motors I wouldn't be asking questions so I did not know it was a 3 valve thanks for the info
What was the purpose of the quad shock?
Helps with wheel hop on hard launches.
@@michaelmartinez8093 Were you in a Justin SVT video?
4.6??
Nice!!!
Not a fan of upr they have horrible quality control. I’d get the steeda kit much better option
