The problem with all of these aftermarket lower control arms is that it makes the sway bar hang almost two inches lower. You need to develope a sway bar designed for these newer lower control arms. A flatter style bar that will also clear the type of lower with the jacking screw. The stock style bar is designed to go up into the stock arms, and that is why it hangs down on the aftermarket arms.

Did I miss something? I didn't notice these being torqued down to any specific rating. I just went by what it shows in the service manual.

Bro I had to use a hydraulic press to get the bushings and sleeves in 💀 also guys using suspension grease makes fitting these guys in MUCH easier

Isn't the quad shock not needed with the upgraded control arms?

It depends on what it’s built for, a track car? Sure you can take the quad shock off. But if you’re planning on daily driving I’d keep it on. They’re there just for extra support and YES you could remove it if the control arms are strong enough but I’d suggest flipping the quad shock first or getting a smaller mount for it before outright removing it.

Will changing out these rca’s reduce the horrible body roll these cars have when you hit a bump while turning and the rear end feels like it’s going to lose control? Especially with a convertible ?
