    Thank you! I was just interested to learn more about the Wavestate but here you made me even understand more about how synths work. A great explaination of filters, envelops and LFOs.

    this video answers soooo many questions for beginners! I am no more a beginner, but I still learned a lot thanks to this. On top, it's not only useful for Wavestate users, but for all electronic musicians! many thanks for that!

    I am thankful for this tutorial. I learned a lot about my Korg. The editor for PC and MAC is pretty good if you haven't made any tutorial on that yet

      @@quirobinez Yes I am currently watching the Tangerine Dream Love On A Real Train one. I don't have Wavestate Native, but I do have the hardware and editor which even though has a different looking user interface, I still understand what is going on. I really appreciate your tutorials.

    Thank you for your - well done - step by step and not too fast tutorial... so even i as a german can understand...
    Do you know the software Synthesizer refx Nexus 3 ??? What are your thoughts about it... and how would you compare this strong software synthesizer with this korg wavestate keyboard? What do you think is better and why?

    • @timdanyo898
      @timdanyo898 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It’s a deep synth and REALLY fun. 🌟

    • @quirobinez
      @quirobinez  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Nexus 3 is a great synth, but if you are looking in such a vst synth then i would suggest looking into Vengeance Avenger. It can do a lot more then Nexus 3 and i use avenger all the time in my songs. The wavestate is more a wavesequencing synth, it's more suitable for ambient and sound scaping sounds. Although you can do 'aggressive' techno and dance sounds on a wavestate, the vengeance avenger is more capable for that sound area. So i think it's a matter of preference and which kind of sounds you want to make / use. Also take a look at spectrasonics omnisphere. That's also an incredible VST.

    thanks a lot for this video very instructive ! a question : is it possible to transform the wavestate in a total midi controller to pilot vst (with the joystick and all knobs assignables) ?

    • @quirobinez
      @quirobinez  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      no that's not possible

    • @yvanroustan4426
      @yvanroustan4426 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@quirobinez thank you for your reply - i was thinking so because all knobs can receive and send midi cc - so could be assignable via software for example...
