I’m from Canada so our food basically is a mix of French, English, Native, Scottish and Irish cuisines that merged to make something beautiful. Also, we eat a lot of seafood in the maritimes and pacific regions, caddie in the east and the prairies and game meat like caribou, moose and wapiti (slang for elk, where I live anyway) and a lot of seafood as well, but more like raw fish, seal, whale and narwhal. I'm from Kazakhstan, and you know, when I spend my university time in the dorm with my friends, we did one food called - Makliube (I'm not sure that this is the correct information 😓). Additional information: those friends was from Turkey, and the whole dormitory was multinational! Generally, it's like Uzbekistan's plov, but with some differences: 1. We did it with chicken breast and legs, aaaand spices 2. We use all the veggies that we have 3. You need to do it in circle dish, i mean like a Half of the Ball, and after cooking you need to flip it upside down to the big plate 4. We use Airan(🤔 again, idk what the name of this product). It's like Kefir(salty Buttermilk), so we use Airan like souce, but not in different plate, but in the same with rice, meat, etc. I just want to see a beautiful recipe video from Tasty, and I hope that you will find all the correct information on the internet! Also, I want to say to Rie - it's really cool chanel in TH-cam, and i want to say - Thank you! I tried some of you recipes (one plate recipes/3 ingredient recipes)! P.s. I've lived in a lot of places in the US - stopped in several to try some local food along the way. I've had New York style barbecue, Saint Louis style barbecue... haven't had Texas style, but I hear it's great. My family is kind of a mix of European cultures, but we leaned heavily on Italian food, as well as the more common "American" stuff, like hamburgers, Tex-Mex, fried chicken, hot dogs... you know the ones. But in some places, I picked up some foods that had gotten big even though they weren't "traditionally American" foods. I've had Indian, sushi, Japanese, Thai, Mediterranean... the list goes on. Also, I know sushi is a Japanese thing, but a lot of people have tried it. When I say "Japanese food" I mean things like takoyaki, miso soup, Japanese-style curry, yakisoba, things of that nature - specifically non-sushi Japanese food. I actually experiment around in the kitchen a little bit... I've made my own recipe for fish tacos, an easy "cheating" version of pasta carbonara, an "Americanized" version of Thai Basil stir fries... I like experimenting around with new flavors, but I'm pretty far off from being a "chef," I suppose.

I've lived in a lot of places in the US - stopped in several to try some local food along the way. I've had New York style barbecue, Saint Louis style barbecue... haven't had Texas style, but I hear it's great. My family is kind of a mix of European cultures, but we leaned heavily on Italian food, as well as the more common "American" stuff, like hamburgers, Tex-Mex, fried chicken, hot dogs... you know the ones. But in some places, I picked up some foods that had gotten big even though they weren't "traditionally American" foods.
I've had Indian, sushi, Japanese, Thai, Mediterranean... the list goes on. Also, I know sushi is a Japanese thing, but a lot of people have tried it. When I say "Japanese food" I mean things like takoyaki, miso soup, Japanese-style curry, yakisoba, things of that nature - specifically non-sushi Japanese food.
I actually experiment around in the kitchen a little bit... I've made my own recipe for fish tacos, an easy "cheating" version of pasta carbonara, an "Americanized" version of Thai Basil stir fries... I like experimenting around with new flavors, but I'm pretty far off from being a "chef," I suppose.
