you should take a premium paid account on twilio to send SMS other than Registered Number

Sir how can we increase sms limit because this supports only 160 characters
The character limit for a single SMS message is 160 characters. However, most modern phones and networks support concatenation; they segment and rebuild messages up to 1600 characters.
But when i try to send sms through this api greter then 160 errors says only 160 characters allowed
I try to send sms in modren phones
