thanks again for those "little" tips on the side that you give - like making the rope shorter to make it easier to practice in my flat without constantly hitting the ceiling - lots less frustration 😅
I mostly use mine as a warmup first thing in the day. It's gentle and slow enough that I don't feel I'm going to hurt myself, but once I get going, I can really get an energy boost. Very helpful on days I'm feeling creaky or low energy. In the evenings, same thing in reverse, burn off excess energy to prepare for sleep, limber up a bit, then slow down. Simple!
I heard about rope flow and tried it with a resistent band the last 3 days and omg is this amazing. I'm a really aging lifter and that feels so good in the shoulders and core. It can get the heart rate up, yet there is zero impact. I think, I will buy a rope and will utilize it. Especially when vacations come up and there will be few possibilities to train.
thanks youtube for bringing me this chanel to recommended..After a neck surgery i had last year, i found these ropes and my body is still in love with them...Thanks Tim
Rope flow outside in total darkness -- or maybe with a few fireflies doing their thing nearby. Bonus points if you dark-flow with night noises and maybe a few wild critters around. Great topic! I've never dark-flowed, but I will in the next week. Tim: have you tried Flow Rope on an SUP?
As a warmup for strength training. Also, just got done with a training session dedicated to the rope. I consider this part of my cardio/mobility training.
Thank you for all you’re doing! Enjoyed seeing many previous clips too. Rope Flow is an amazing movement practise in so many ways. Still working on the basics you’ve showed me, and I’m ok with that. There is no rush. 🌀
Hi. just bought your Golden rope for a few months ago. And i must say its real different compare to my first rope i did by myself. Just love it...well some times it hurts to when it hits my legs ;-) .But im having fun with it. Missed you in Breddas wakepark in Sweden.

Hey man, good to hear you're enjoying one of my ropes!
I may be back again next year, hopefully you can make it then.
Rope flow in a wheelchair? Have you taught it? Does anyone? What benefits and what potential risks and problems?
I have dabbled in sitting down rope flow. there’s a video on our Instagram you can see posted a couple weeks ago 👍🏼
@@Tims_Gym Thanks. I found it.
