Can't wait to try them all in 2025! I just started out, got your Golden Teacher rope last week and managed to do the Dragon Roll as well as the overhand and underhand sneak in three days. Then i broke my toe (not while doing rope flow of course ...). Thats why I have to take it slow the next couple of weeks which is quite frustrating. But this video makes me look forward to the new year when I'll give my rope flow practice a proper start. Love what you do, Tim. All the best from Germany. ♾️
2 beat OH sneak pattern would be neat to complement its opposite - cheetador. I learned bowlador on my own. It's basically a 2 beat bowler. The dragon variation you mentioned is interesting.
@@Tims_GymYeah, right. I start my cheetador from UH sneak. So I only guessed I would start something OH from the OH sneak. Does this make any sense now😅
As a drummer the easy way to think of the paradiddle is that it is a long pattern and not a pattern then break and new pattern. Think that the pattern is rrlrllrl in it’s totality
You can certainly begin a practice with hardware store rope but genuinely worth just buying a properly created Flow Rope when you want to take the practice seriously. Also helps support the community too. ✌️
the “golf swing” is awesome and super fun!
thank you so much for posting this coach Tim! 10 New Years resolutions!
super cool!

Hey Tim, thanks for promoting rope flow. I've enjoyed your videos this year. Can do the basics now and working on my transitions. My spine loves it.

Not sure what you mean? Cheetador is opposite Petador (peacock matador). OH sneak is opposite UH sneak. 🤔

Back Mills rate higher than 8 for difficulty. I'll give myself a 10 for achievement when my rope stops tangling sometime in 2025.

I agree that's how it becomes but for whenever someone learns it who has only ever done overhand or matador it feels like a patterns break
Where's the link you said you'd put to your single leg workouts? Thanks
sorry forgot that one. added it now: th-cam.com/video/KuLsPN8L_vE/w-d-xo.html
Newbie question: where can I get a good rope? Hardware store and have them cut it a certain length? Certain thickness and material?
Thank you

Hi, can I do rope flow while pregnant?
I don’t see any reason why you couldn’t it’s gentle and can be done stood in place!
