Looking sweet, I’m waiting on the black edition 1/24 scale going to be super cool, I just subscribed Thursday, October 17 watching now 6:44 PM. Yeah it looks super tough. I like it. Well, I’ll watch for the next one until then, peace and chicken grease😁👍👍👋👋😎
Truck is coming along nicely. I had the same issue with the front mounting clip coming up short for it to engage the bumper. I was using the stock trx4m frame. I had to notch the bumper with a hobby knife so that it would move further back onto the frame and engage with the clip.
spin the brass hex with a drill and use a 40 grit sand paper and then finish with a 220 you can clean that up way easier . As for the shocks run them with soft springs and clip off a couple rings . Then put a limit strap on front and rear to set your hight so you can gain the flex you want
Ah those shocks is usually because the bottom collar for the seals is too tight and is squishing the o-rings in them. You can just snug them lightly and it should fix that binding issue. I ran into that same issue with some injora shocks where they were binding and realized it was the bottom collar squishing the seals too tightly and in turn making them bulge too much and have too much tension on the shaft. I’m still using the same injora shocks til this day and it works super smooth, I run them upside down tho so just in case, that way it doesn’t leak
Yes you can do that as well if the axles allow it. I find that orange seals are to hard and don't work with shocks that well. The white or transparent silicone rings work much as they are a softer material and better at allowing some of the oils to absorb into them and seal better. I did fix that in another video.
I have no idea if the body fits the stock chassis properly as I didn't use the stock chassis. Yes they were OGRC shocks if you watch the next video I address what the problem was.

Problem with the shocks were they weren't working. They were sticking. That's covered in the new video I'm up loading
