@FYRC15 You as well. I'm on an Amtrak headed north, so plenty of time to indulge in hobby vids. I've got an extremely similar build going. Injora lcg chassis, Ir60 body in turquoise, big bore shocks, those same king trekker tires, motor etc!
@ Yeah I just tried some of the Injora Xpin tires a couple of days ago. I was crazy surprised at how good they were. I have always resisted the pin tires on 24th scale but I said screw it. So I’m going to make the next vid this weekend on that tire combo. I try to put all my long form vids out every Thursday. Safe travels man.
Good looking build! I actually have a very similar build lined up for this winter - Meus LCG chassis, Iso axles, Furitek setup - I just don't know what body I'll use yet. Looks like a great performer!
@@tomhague2118 Hey thanks for the question! The stock ones are really really good. Just rebuild them with your oil of choice and good oring grease. The grease is a really important part of any shock rebuild. Lots of people miss it. It will help them not to leak. I still have the stock shocks on one of my Ascents. I’m getting ready to do another build and I’m going to use the Injora shocks they make for it and try them out. A couple of years ago Injora shocks were not good but I hear they are much better. Just make sure to use green oring grease.
