- Stature just joined Marvel Snap as the latest new card, and I had to try her out with Moon Knight and Moon Girl! This deck is all about filling your hand with high-power and hyper-efficient turn six plays to create some crazy power dumps to win the game.

When she was announced, I had the feeling that she would be super fun to play, and actually very decent power. I think Sandman's buff might hurt her quite a bit, but still most people won't be running him so there's that.

I love this game to death, but holy hell is the progression system garbage for new cards.
Yeah, game is incredibly and I understand the idea of not having everyone with the same collection to effectively force deck diversity. Even if tokens needed for new cards were cut in half, the progression would feel a lot better
If the caches didnt contain Shitty titles and icons it would be perfect and the porgression actually feels nice, but nothing hurts more than scraping 20 levels just for a shitty title no one will ever use

Assuming the stars align and you get your 2 she hulks and 1 cost statures, I'd wave turn 5 and have 4 cards playable turn 6.

Looking at your games where retreat comes after victory, I've gotten that too, and also bugging out with any fast forward shenanigans
Fast forward completes, powers don't change, and you don't know who wins until the game says "Victory" / "Defeat" and the cubes also bug out between before game ends amount and actual amount gained

My first ever Series 5 card from the collector's reserve and it's a Stature. Now I feel compelled to try and make a deck with her despite not really caring about her. But unfortunately, I don't have Shuri and Taskmaster.
Level of unfair of Aero is nuts there really needs to be something done about it. Just adding it to any deck cheats out so many wins.
She'll get nerfed soon, I'm pretty sure. Probably the Magik treatment, if I had to guess. I got her last week from the shop and I'm enjoying her while it lasts xD
@Cristo Alba Aero is a card that can be put in every single deck and it will make it better (with exception of maybe cerebro). It promotes brainless gameplay to get advantage for 2 lanes and playing aero on 6 in a loosing lane that they were not interested in winning anyway. This works in every deck. Combo decks have enough counters without it, not to mention they have to play around locations more than other decks.
10:20 i think the difference is that 99% of players aren’t going to be affected by new content. in hearthstone every player will see the effects of next expansion, while snap new cards are the impossible to reach pool fives. also hearthstone has a release cycle with massive expansions which develop so much hype, while snap doesn’t have a good system to develop expansion hype
I've played her twice thanks to Coulson, including once 1/7. Incredible and very surprising to opponents right now.

In regards to what you mentioned about non-gameplay snap vids doing worse: Even though I watch nearly every single one of yours and Jeff Hoogland's snap videos, Hoogland always seems to pop up first in recommended when it comes to non-gameplay snap stuff. Since people like me only really need one quick way to absorb all that info, I guess it leaves your patch reviews a bit in the dust. Though something like a variant review would probably do a bit better if that's the case. Who knows! I know you've mentioned doing a lot of youtube analytics in the background, so whatever little bit of info I can provide I'm more than happy to! c:

What are your thoughts on a cards that ability is, play this card and next turn you can re arrange the cards your hand, so moon girl is better and stuff like that
I believe the patch note and non gameplay snap videos do less well than hearthstone is primarily due to the lack of new cards to most players. It is hard to be excited for new cards when chances are that most players will not have them for months to come, and by then, they lose the interest of being new.

Regarding the idea of a video going over new bundles. Im always looking for information when a bundle drops for gold, if the cost is worth the reward just on net value of credits/tokens/boosters
so stature will stay at a 1/7 once a card is discarded in general unlike miles where it has to be last turn?

Interesting stature's cost is actually fixed to 1 and ignored scorpion and quinjet's effect, this is honestly how wave' should've worked

I am a f2p player and I got stature from a collector cache yesterday made a quick deck and beated two thanos deck easily but It loses to sauron shuri easily, I made a basically a dino deck and for turn 6 I play moongirled 2 statures plus shang chi or dino+stature

So im at 1400 cl and got stature the other day from a box… ive only got half pool 3 completed, no pool 4, and stature lol but no shuri, no taskmaster, no zabu, no moon knight, and no black bolt :(

She actually showed up in my token shop today but I didn't pin her. I'm still missing pretty much every card I would need to make an efficient deck with her.
Tried watching another snap video now that I'm midway through pool 2, but I still don't know what most of these cards do, and Snap still has no good way of telling viewers what is happening.
I guess I'll try to come back when I'm mostly through pool 3, and just keep watching your HS content for now.

Think I have the worst luck in this game, opened 6 packs today. Got pixel variants and only groups of 100s for my tokens.
I think the reason why gameplay videos do better in snap than meta content is because card acquisition is so slow for the average player. Since I won't play with the new cards for several months, my only method of experiencing them is watching gameplay videos. But on the other hand, I'm not too interested in things like new card discussions since they won't matter for me until several months down the line, and they might even be nerfed or changed by then, like Zabu.
Can't wait to play this deck in 8 months when Stature drops tiers or i get a lottery winning pull XD

because this deck is a moongirl deck at its core. you run titania and she hulk in the real moongirl deck for a turn 6 flood, this deck has another option for the turn 6 flood which is stature. its awkward but thats where the shell comes from.

Honestly remove all the cards that make your opening discard since 95% of the games are Discard decks anyway. Feels like the only deck people play now
