Been a rough month. Car broke down, washing machine broke down, people walking out of work, and to top it off the squirrels are fatter and crazier than ever after this winter giving me trouble at home. Hi, Sorry to Bother you... Nice looking 2001... Im looking at getting The Same Year... Any Other Tips... Any Major Problems...
Electrical is what I had read and noticed on these bikes. The left side fairing main harness was poorly made and is causing major issues on all these bikes. The connections to the harness are really the only major issue. Also consider for the money that these are now 20year old bikes and should be fully serviced upon purchase from top to bottom.
@@TorrentPerformance Ok thanks for the Help and Info... I'll look her over good... I was told that it was a Barn Fine, so she was sitting a long time... I know the Dealership very well so I know that they will not sell something with Fixing All the Problems and Upgrades items... Ill get her back and look into this wires myself....
@@frankp.9655 Not sure of weather there but a barn find Is possibly a nightmare for wiring. All connections need to be cleaned and inspected. They are known to just shut off while running with electrical loads.
