The Harrison is a luxury condo building built in 2013 in the East Cut/Rincon Hill neighborhood. Originally, this property was supposed to be the north tower of 1 Rincon Hill, the adjacent building, but along the development process, it was sold to another developer, and interior designer Ken Fulk was invited to redesign the building. His designs and choice of materials are uniquely stylish and set this building apart from others. The attention to detail is amazing!

January 2022 Note - the rental market and sales market seem to be moving rather quickly. I’ve noticed that most of the people moving in SF are moving within the City but not to many folks moving to the City atm. We did a price drop of $200 to see if we get any renters motivated to lease this amazing unit. As always thanks for watching and lmk what you think!
