Why couldn’t they upload these in 2017 when people actually cared. They left us to either watch it live or if you missed it (like me) you would have to watch a bad quality video because they didn’t upload the semi’s
I actually know one of the runners as I used to be in the same athletics/triathlon club, this race took place on the same evening as a 5km road race hosted by the club. We were hoping to get to watch it in the pavilion hosting the 5km race afterwards... apparently it was more important to let the locals watch some crappy football match than see someone we knew in the world championship semifinals! So... crowding round a mobile and hoping the 4G didn't crap out!
What happened to Blake here? He did well in that season leading up to these championships and ran well in the heats. But then came the semis and he ran poorly, sighhhh he must be so disappointed with himself.
@@williammccaskill9861 I beg to differ, the fact that he won gold in 2011 and two silvers in 2012 already proved that he isn't one to always choke in championships
@@williammccaskill9861 doesnt matter if bolt was dq or not, what's important was that blake delivered, he didn't let the pressure of a global final disrupt his race. In 2012, he matched his PB over the 100m and ran his 2nd fastest time ever in the 200m, and that I do not see as choking. And in 2016, he ran his fastest time in the 100m since his injuries in 2013 and 2014, which again isn't a choke.
What about all the other runners in the heats/quarterfinals who have never made finals? Should they all stop? They're representing the best athletes of their countries. Sit down and watch.
He is a pretty good 200m runner I mean hes a sub 20 runner 19.95 personal best and if you watched him at the Yokohama world relays in 2019 he ran the 4x200m and almost ran down the American team who won gold . I think he could be a great 200m runner if he ran more 200m races
He is a world class sprinter. YOU are "clearly not", and probably run a 25 second or something. Your opinion on this has no value. Get your shitty beats out of here
