Such a lack of high level in this final. The time was slow, the guy who won is a nobody who i haven´t seen win anything since this performance. Like, he is not bad, is an european champion and his pb is not bad either. But in every event i´ve seen him compete the commentators always acknoledge this win. And then he proceeds to lose the race every single time. He usually finishes near the top at least. I never seen mackwala race the 200 meters, and the same goes for Van Niekerk, altough at least i had heard of his 200 capability before. And finally, Richards won the silver. Double t f mate
That is not true. Even Carl Lewis had best 200m time of 19.75 sec. Only four men achieved 19.50 and better; Noah Lyles (19.50), Michael Johnson (19.32), Yohan Blake (19.26) and Usain Bolt (19.19) and of course not in the same race.

The conditions were rubbish. Whole meet had a lot of slow times.
Why you complaining? That was the most competitive 200m final I've ever seen. Smh
@@iyahnah1854 are you joking
Athletics is a so interesting sport
adamsin guliyev
Very well deserved gulyiev
guliyev 🇹🇷
Ameer webb literally ran two days before today
Johnson is the greatest 200m 400m runner in history but I'd love to see van neikerk do it at next year's Olympics.
Winning with a 20+ meh, its a god damn world championship, the bar is so low....
400チャンピオンに後半で勝っちゃうグリエフ凄くね?
バンニーキルクの調子が良くなかったのもあるけど
凄いと思います。
個人的にはバンニーキルクに2冠取って欲しかった
Usain Bolt must have competed this, I think he would have won his last gold, in those days he could totally win with less than 20 seconds ...
Bolt would definetely win this without practise. He could just decided after 100m lost to do 200m. He easily could do sub 20s. I predict he would done 19.90s here but he could get injured he was out of shape. Bolt only lost 100m because bad start. He just was not really motivated he wanted to retire after rio 2016 or take break.
No Jamaican?? No Blake, No Bolt???🤷♀️
End of an Era.
bless him
Turkey
Abdul Karim Sami Brown representing Japan....
Would be nice if he medals next week.
Wayde van Niekerk!!
South Africa!!!. XXXXXXX
Reis helal olsun şok ettin valla :D
Guliyev May 29, same birthdate!
Damn this is bizarre... Slow AF times for a world final. Could well be some minor country's national championship.
Wayde is a great Athlete, always credits to God as a christian, that makes him a champ in my (biased🇿🇦) eyes!!
wowowowowowowwwwww RAMİL GULİYEV :)
love this race no medal for usa no medal for uk no medal for jamaica
There was a time in which you would be 3rd with 19.5 secs on clock...
@@zagortenay33 but but but the old times better!
@@zagortenay33 you don't know what you're talking about, in the London 2012 final it was Bolt 19.32, Blake 19.44.
So it definitely happened.
Makes u think how great Usain was....he could walk 20.09 sec for 200 m ..😄
🤣🤣
Bolt joggled year before 19.78s in semi final. He would win this even if he didn't practise.
if richards kept running and didn't try to lean he probably would've closed that last step
I wish Usain was there and without injury he would have demolished that field by 0.30 second easy
I thought this was today!
did anyone notice that kid trying to get wayde's signature?
Still watching 👀
imagine....a 200m final with no Jamaican, and the winner does not even run sub 20
These athletes are happy that Bolt finally retired.
Bolt lost the 100m to Gatlin and Coleman.
Well done.
