The lathe operator is fearless. He works inches from being torn apart or killed. My prayers go out to the entire crew.
So many people near by! I count 6 in the firing line when they were trying to chuck the axle! Keep clear of the big spinny thing that is out of balance!
Right! I saw that rear axle being spun up and my heart almost stopped watching all the folks standing where the axle would go if that piece broke off!!!
A harder working bunch of guys I have rarely seen but the lack of safety gear is disturbing!
But in any case lots of respect for what they can with what they have!

Yes i saw a video of a guy in china reach over a laythe and his shirt for hooked and the rest was blood and chunk history.
Them loose sleeves right over the lathe make me nervous 😬 idk how they do it, much respect, imagine what they can do with a full shop of new machinery and all the right tools. 👍🏼👍🏼

Какой шикарный токарный станок !!!А снаружи вроде сарай...Хотя работают опасно....железяка крутится а рабочие столпились вокруг....ждут наверное кому в голову прилетит!!!Никакой техники безопасности...просто страшно смотреть.Хотя работники работают слаженно,вполне профессионально.С меня лайк.
Видать им ещё стружка раскаленная не прилетала в лицо, раз без очков

I am a machinist Toolmaker. I love and respect my wife and children too much to work like the people in this video. I appreciate that poverty is an issue here, but what is a life worth?
This is what you get when you cross third world countries with modern machinery there's no one to help them fill in the gap

Point well taken. But they have wives and kids, too, and everyone's got to eat. We have it so good here in the USA and most people take it for granted.

You can see an indicator 2:28, in a left hand of a guy.

Mean while here in the US, we have to wait months for the parts to come in because they're special order or factory only... yet these guys can rebuild it with literally a hammer and and screw driver... before lunch time!

У нас в 4х кулачковый патрон не зажимают круглые детали.
Дятька молодець. Врятував не один станок, все би господарники на металолом здали.

You may find it easier to run a weld around the inner sleeve to shrink it and make it easier to remove with your long drift punch.

Если ты хоть что то понимакешь в жесткости станка, то должен увидеть главное. Какие обороты, диаметр детали и толщина резца. А режет как масло. Значит там капиталка была, к тому же идеальная. А не Андрюха с люминевой линейкой и болгаркой.

@@fainderskurs-koi8767 странные люди я написал про кривые болты в резцедержке , так мне предъявили за жёсткость станка , его состояния , написал нечего не перепутал , мож ты не под тем коментом написал , так меня ещё культурно нах*** послали , что сказать русскоязычное комьюнити самое одарённое
@@user-of6ou3kx8b ты увидел болты, Как говорил тут Махмуд, эти пацаны, и читают плохо. У них грамота появилась, только 13 лет назад. А ты ему про болты носом тычешь. Я тебе говорю, что и бекз болтов можно точить. Ты посмотри на станок. Там вообще жесткость, только у нового по идее. Возьми наш аналог. 1М95. Даже переднюю бабку не поднимай. и попробуй отрезать сороковку возле самого патрона.
А тут весь станок откапитален, что мама не горюй. А тебе болты въелись. Некому подсказать пацану, чтоб он болты сменил. Он сам учится. а русскоязычные, в основном х йню в комментах пишут. Сами при этом, ничего тяжелее мыши в руках не держали.
Тех безопасности на вышым уровне 😁

Понятно, что денег на защитные средства нет, но рядом с вращающимися деталями нужно вести себя крайне аккуратно! Одежда свободная. Станок может ведь захватить и намотать... Для элементарной техники безопасности денег не нужно.
К оборудованию отношение плохое. При сварке токи идут через подшипники.
Жалко, что не хватает технического образования у работников.
А так симпатичные и обаятельные люди. Надеюсь у них будет всё хорошо!

Сразу вспомнилось как профессионала деда станок намотал🤪
@@Aleksandr-Prim Вот,вот!!!Намотает влегкую....только мясо в разные стороны полетит!!!В 1989 году работал в Средней Азии на крупной автобазе (600 машин) автослесарем.В цеху холодной обкатки двигателей одного нерусского водилу на передаточный кардан от электромотора к двигателю от зил - 130 намотало...дело зимой было.Растояние от пола до кардана сантиметров 30...от водилы ничего не осталось!!! Клочья мяса,ваты от телогрейки,кровь на стенах и потолке,а до потолка 5 метров!Оторванная голова...Автослесарь вышел,а электродвигатель крутил кардан который крутил коленвал в двигателе от грузовика.Компрессию после ремонта ,зазор коромысел регулировать и прочее...как все отрегулируют со стенда холодной обкатки мотор ставят в грузовик.Это пишу для тех кто не знает.Обычно холодная обкатка занимает несколько часов...ну там так было.Помещение не отапливоемое...моторист ушел греться куда - то...Как намотало водилу никто не видел...камер наблюдения тогда не было.

Been a professional mechanic most of my 56 years. I can literally hear that drive flange scream every time they hit it with the hammer. That said. I admire those guys for being able to perform technically complex repairs without having even air tools to help them. You work with what you have.
Saw this many times during my time in Haiti operating a diesel shop.

@@skidlyane в каком то ролике их видел как отрезали что то , так резец подхватила я думал всё нет резца , а нет ремни буксавать начали этому станку если упрячь мм этак 10 да на хорошей подачке вжись не стянет
I don't know what to say, either you are geniuses or you are mad. But the fact that you are healthy and no one got hurt makes me believe that the first option is correct.
When there's no equipment and no proper tools and people still can make it work.
For sure but just how many people are killed or injured withput basic safety measures. When a person like this makes about $200 a month, safety isnt really a priority

Great work,you guys rise to any challenge. I would like to send you some safety glasses! You will miss your eyes when they are gone. I have had the misfortune to get a cutting chip go in my eye from one of my lathes and it's very not funny. I would to like it for nobody else to suffer this discomfort.

Great job. Remember to heat the rear axle! Then you dont need to hit so much, just slide it inside.
there is no proper setup for heating so much.
In Pakistan they don't have paraffin operated blowtorches? But do have large hammers. Besides if you use hammers it brake faster and the customer gives you more money to "fix" it again.

@@wonderingskills1 any time, brothers. I just think about your safety. I had a couple of accidentes when I worked doing what you guys do and it was very painful to drop something on your toes or splatter hot molten metal on your body. Lucky you are not haunted by insurance companies because that makes it twice as painful.

@@andreykorenev2684 Правильно он пишет. Такие детали прессуются в их случае кувалдой забиваются на горячую посадку. Не ужели не могут допетрить.
@@user-sz3qt5ly4i я и не спорил с ним )). Просто показалось уместной шутка что у них скорее всего не применяться нагрев ТВЧ, а мы их пытаемся учить. В других роликах они нагревают пламенем сварочной горелки заржавевшие болты заклёпки. Я думаю и тут они нагреть бы догадались и смогли, но что то им видать больше нравится работать грубой физической силой )
I would suggest some safety glasses, and maybe some satey boots, chips from the carbide die grinder bit are not too fun to have removed...

Yes that are overloaded
10:24 you can heat a bigger part (flange/part of the axle) and a small part (spacer) put into the fridge. Metal by different temperatures get different linear extensions. I hope it help you )
In any case when you need to put one metal part into another just heat bigger. it will be much easier do do this job
