Whats the thread size for the studs on the carb and the hex bolts i just got one and it didnt have them n trying to go get them just dont k ow the thread size and dont know the length

I havrthe part for it but it doesnt have a o ring in it fo you know what im suppose to do possibly?

You can try and order the oring from a Yamaha dealer or you can get a set of orings from harbor freight tools

what is the size of the hex bolt that goes into the cylinder head?

Sorry I don't remember but I think it was a 5mm or 6mm allen wrench

Mines a bit tight to get both bolts on amy tips and did you run into this like the holes on the new intake are just barley off had it happen on 2 different boots and was assured they good

Sorry I don't have this quad anymore. If the studs don't fit you can try slotting the holes with a die grinder.

Could you still start it when your intake manifold had a hole in it

Because mine starts on choke sometimes and then you can take choke off but then it stops if you let it idle or it stops when you are riding it

How did you know you needed a new boot
