    Why are we not allowed in a building that we pay for and that has public access, they are liars

    • @Hellstorm901
      @Hellstorm901 2 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      All buildings are private and as a private building access can be revoked at any time. Paying taxes, if you even do so to begin with, does not confer automatic right of entry

    • @auditpundit1199
      @auditpundit1199 2 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      Its LEGALLLY owned by the PCCO, not by "the public" so its classed as private property. It has "permissive access" meaning you enter by a permission, NOT by a "right".
      As Hellstorm says, -that permission can be revoked at any time for any reason by any police employee (inc civilian). If its revoked and you're told to leave, you are obliged to leave. If you refuse, you CAN be removed by force under common law trespass. If you keep refusing to leave you are setting yourself up for arrest for BoP or aggravated trespass. As several auditors have already found out to their cost. There's NO assault, if you're lawfully removed, they would probably laugh at any complaint.

    • @budgetnuclearweapons7858
      @budgetnuclearweapons7858 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Not liars, they allow the public in. When the public annoy them they chuck 'em out....simples..!
      Just because a property is funded by the public purse that doesn't automatically mean the public have any right of entry. Its something auditors started saying a few years back, but its simply not the case. We all pay for the houses of parliament, GCHQ, MI5 Thames House, Aldermaston Research Facilty, you think we can just walk into anywhere?

      Same law the filth used here we can all use in our homes and property.

    Hi L A, after ten minutes of filming around there two cops come to you make a reasonable job of introducing themselves but fail to explain why they want to speak to you, fortunately they do understand that you are doing nothing wrong and quickly leave you alone, a few minutes later some more rock up and again have to accept your non-compliance with their silly questions, they still have a good deal to learn.
    the issue of the gang badge is a very good way of putting them in their place, the is another issue that the Manchester chief constable has dealt with, it is the wearing of face-fur and displaying of tattoos, both of which are now banned.
    The station reception area that you go into is clearly open to the public and the cop who 'asks' you to leave is totally out of order, he does not understand that the ownership of the place is not relevant. Because you do not comply he starts inventing all sorts of 'reasons' to support his assertions none of which stand up.
    When you mention the BWC, he argues with you about that too. All the same he does wander off to get some advice from elsewhere. The other two also have to be asked to identify themselves and tell you about the BWC's, again they have little to say!. All the time the door stands there wide open!.
    Cheers, Richard.

    I hope you follow through on this. Complaints required for BWC process neglect, & wrongful ejection from a public place. Please check the trespass wiith HNK Solicitors to see if the lawsuit is a flyer. Like you, I believe you were perfectly entitled to enter an open door with no restriction signage on show, however, ask HNK. They serve auditors well. Btw, film full coverage of the building frontage to prove there was no signage. Best of luck, wee man!
