I’d say Batman, since the Arkham games have a wider variety of ways to take out enemies. Plus, the majority of stealth missions in Spider-Man eventually end up as combat gauntlets, while in Arkham they’re pure stealth.
Yeah stealth is just a way to reduce the enemy count of the eventual combat encounter. Still a little fun tho
@@cyborgdiego3454 definitely. I enjoy using the trip mines and swinging around the rafters so much, and they improved it in the Miles Morales game by letting you go invisible to hide again.
Spider-Man is awesome, but I prefer Batman stealth

The creativity you can do in Arkham is unprecedented especially in Knight. There's tons of videos of people doing perfect Stealth and challenges
Spider-Man saying “COULD make a great distraction”… or “I MAY need to divide and conquer”…

The greatest part of Arkham Knight were the sandbox stealth approaches, especially in the open world outposts. The way you are able to create your own Batman play through experience, by subtly altering the kind of way you initiate stealth approaches; via through aggression, tactical gadget takedowns, and just pure "boots on ground" traditional play styles. It was amazing and I wish we got more opportunities to expand our arsenal and combine different tools and environments into a uniquely crafty experience

How in the Heck did you execute that Batman section with such perfection? Legitimate question. It was almost too perfect. Like every single enemy went EXACTLY where you needed them to. Did you practice this encounter a hundred times to memorize how they'd all react?

Honestly yeah. Batman doesn’t have super powers. So naturally he HAS to be better at stealth than Spider-Man, who’s got special abilities. Aaawwwwww shit! 😎
But it's cool nonetheless... becuase Spiders usually are pretty stealthy, too.

There's way more variety with what you can do in Batman. Plus his gadgets are more accessible. That's one thing I hope they fix in Spider-Man 2, making the gadgets accessible by a simple command like in Arkham instead of having to pull up the gadget wheel every time in order to change it. It sort of ruins the immersion, whereas in Arkham you can pull out almost any gadget without using the wheel, but then again I don't use any of the gadgets in Spider-Man except the web shooters. Spider-Man's stealth is way easier too because of how fast Spider-Man is. You can take some guy out and before anyone knows you're there you can hold L2, to slow everything down and look for a place to web zip to and you are out of there in no more than two seconds, and even if someone catches you, it doesn't take much effort to not be seen again because of how fast Spidey is, whereas in Batman once the enemy sees you, it is more difficult to hide again, and you can't dodge bullets in Batman lol. So for variety and skill it definitely goes to Batman 100%. Spider-Man's stealth is a cakewalk compared to Batman's.
I've seen various stealth videos where Batman simply runs, grapples, or smoke-bombs his way out and proves it's as effective at going back into hiding as Spider-Man's speed. Batman als does his own best to dodge bullets, both in the way that you think and by disabling the guns before their bullets even make contact with him, and compensates with armor; Spider-Man is smart enough to make armor as efficient as Batman's without resources like Bruce Wayne's, but discards whatever suits have armor because "he's poor" (it drives me crazy that he's smart enough to make an armored version of his classic suit without needing to be rich, but he never does; any high-tech capabilities he can put into his suit are made into separate suits, which is fine but spandex isn't entirely working for him)

And your dumb answer to batman can dodge bullets, he can very rarely and to disable them, he can only use his disruptor, plus, unlike spider mans stealth where you just go around real quick knocking everyone, in batmans stealth, especcially in arkham knight, you have to use various different ways to take them down using various different gadgets, and some thugs even adapt to his ways, making it more difficult. All in all, I am not saying spider man stealth is bad, I am just saying that Batman Arkham Stealth is way superior.

1. I may have never played a single Arkham game, but I HAVE seen enough stealth gameplay to know what I wrote is true.
2. I never said Batman could dodge bullets, I said he does his best to.

@@maddenboseroy4074 You said that he can throw smoke bombs, many of the predator thugs have thermal vision, they carry guns and they are not completely blind so they do see him when he runs or grapples to a vantage point.
While Batman Arkham will always be the King of Superhero Stealth Games, Spider-Man has some traits that beat the former: for instance, the less-frustrating loss of health if someone shoots you as you could easily heal back; you could get more abilities based on the costume skins you wear; the combat gauntlet does help get things done which fits Spider-Man's character as a last resort; he can be a little faster at pouncing the enemy; the web-shooters make for an advantage of shooting the background without blowing your cover from the mooks, heck even stick them to the background for easy neutralizing; and his web-based gadgets other than the shock gadgets make more sense as a Spider-Themed Superhero, while Batman's gadgets, as cool as they are, are not exactly Bat-Themed other apart from the Batarang or a Sonar gadget.
Well I can surely say this has no biase since I've had the and played it first spiderman game before playing Arkham knight but Arkham knight's stealth is just so much better, they're reactions are even better and man.. setting up the gadgets and watching them fall down one by one is so satisfying in Batman.
Even though I'm not as good as stealthy here, I really enjoy the game and I expected Arkham knight to be easier than Spiderman since many say just press square and circle triangle but it's really not that easy and it's not that hard either. It's just sometimes you actually get overwhelmed by enemies in comparison to Spiderman, where enemies are pretty easy even at the hardest difficulty and that includes the stealth also. The problem may be of Spiderman having too many crowd control upgrades.
I played spidey and then Markham knight which then ruined spiderman stealth for me. The next really needs to improve the stealth spiderman stealth is just dull now.
Spiderman had some stealth by virtue of speed but Batman's untainted stealth was untouchable! Loved that ice smackdown at the end!
As much as I love Spider-Man, I'd have to go with Batman on this one. He just blends in a lot easier.
spiderman tried to contemplate the stealth and the fighting mechanics but dude those Arkham games are still unbeatable!

In Batman, when people know that you’re in the area, they keep an extra lookout.
But in Spider-Man, when they know that you’re here, THEY KNOW WHERE YOU ARE HIDING.
In Spider-Man 2 you can’t be creative in your stealth, and you can’t even use many of your gadgets otherwise it screws you over
Easily batman's win. Spider-Man was easy even in hard mode, and since at the end, you'll busted anyway, its bettter to just beat em up. The stealth just a mechanic, but feels unneeded.
Now imagine if Bruce Wayne had Spider-Man's powers?
Spider-Man's gameplay excels at combat rather than stealth. In all 3 games, the stealth for Spider-Man (both of them) is made kind of easy considering you get indicators if it's safe or not to take out an enemy. The other thugs don't get alerted whenever you web-strike takedown someone. Batman's stealth just feels more thought out.
Spiderman's "stealth" reminded me of begininng in Borderlands 3: "So-much for stealth - Hey, on Pandora it would be suspicious if something is NOT exploding all the time"
I'd say Batman has higher stealth but Spidey has higher perception. Pitted against each other, it's more likely for Spidey to get the jump on Batsy.

Batman has years of experience plus he's better in the dark.
Spiderman has more fluent and fast movement but batman uses more environmental takedowns so spidermans stealth is more efficient but Batman’s is more cool looking
Batman is littery the hitman of DC he has no powers what so ever at all he has his gadgets his quick thinking and parkour style swinging and moving and determined thinking and if he can’t figure out what who or where someone is or something is happening ect… he won’t ask very nicely….
Spiderman's stealth is just awful. Npc practically see you / hear you beat the crap outta of a goon right next to them and don't even "feel something is off". Sure, you can interact more with the environment but Batman's is in another whole level in comparison. Not even a competition here

Batman could even be a better Spider-Man than him, if needed. There is no comparing them. Not even the games... I haven't gotten bored of Arkham Knight not even 8 years later. Got bored of the simple repetitive combat and gameplay from Spider-Man in a few days.

I’ve never seen Spider-Man PS4 “stealth”. Looks goofy. Combat was fun on a buddy’s PS4 but it just looks so cartoony in a not-cartoony game

@Orgalorg Overlord 2015, which is amazing because a last gen game from 2015 looks and runs better than last year's current gen game Gotham Knights. There's all types of comparison videos with that game here on TH-cam

For starter Spiderman talks a lot & that's a big no for stealthy ! On the other hand Batman hardly talks in fight & always bringing in his A game . So Batman is the obvious winner ❤️

as someone who's played both, spider-man's stealth is so lackluster, dull, boring, and easy. it's the same thing every time. the layouts provide nothing interesting. there's no depth to the system, it's only slightly better than gotham knights.

Becore i even see what happens. This is NOT a fair comparison. Because stealth is 100% optional for spiderman. Unless its screwball and her fuckery or task master misisons. All stealth encounters can be done loud cus he can just dodge bullets and beat up everyone. The same cant be said for batman. Who thrives off the fear and initimidation he leaves the thugs with but is also vulnrerable. The arkham stealth has a while separate atmosphere as you plan your tactics and invade the minds of the criminals. Its badass. Spiderman is really just humoring himself cus its no sweat
