For instance I only had the primal knife left, I unlocked it didn’t get the trophy(panicked) pulled it out the box and got the trophy. You’re probably missing the hand cannon, Chicago sweeper or the primal knife. Just pull them out and you’ll be Gucci
For anyone doing this make sure you put the bonus guns in your inventory one time for them to count. If you just leave them in storage after unlocking they won't count
Never played the original and dreaded this chapter the entire game. Played it last night and I had to take my headset off. The way they did everything from the sound to the darkness is perfect

Tbh with the weapons you get you don't really NEED a magnum. It may make some sections slightly easier but if you are upgrading your gear regularly your guns are more than powerful enough
Same here. I erased my old save file to start from scratch and went straight to the mercenaries to get the handcannon and on my new first playthrough I'm using the infinite handcannon with those tickets DLCs
@James Earl Cash that weapon is on the boat on the lake in your first playthrough. If it's not there in your first ever playthrough then your game is bugged.
Does the count carry over in New game plus because mine says 25 out of the 29 so Im wondering is it still possible for me to get the last 4 or do I have to start it all over again???
weird how they added the new game thing to the s+ requirement , considering this game is much more challenging then 2 and 3 they should have let us use a new game + save file . i want to go for the 100% achievement but theyre all so contradictory to each other that too many playthrough are necessary .

You sure you didn't buy it and resell it? In that case it will show up for sale in the preowned weapons section of the Merchant. Scroll through the different sections under the Buy part.

It depends how you intend to play. - Do you like to complete things and farm? Yes > Upgrade Weapons especialy if you plan on trying harder modes No > Stick to Standard difficulty and upgrade weapons as it fit your playstyle. Buy the bundle when it come out.

Back when I completed it on Gamecube I remember doing the story twice; First time blind run on standard, then the new game+ again but with a fewer choice of weapon to maximise space/efficiency. Back then we couldnt craft grenades so its the only difference. Redo the story on standard on new game+ after maybe? That is what im probably gonna do as I struggled a little this 1st time around, lol.
@@RibbidyJamGames You can use the infinite ammo cat ears wherever you want. Also the Chicago Typewriter and Magnum will show up in any game after you unlock them. Those two have independent infinite ammo exclusives as well. Once bonus weapons are unlocked, they transfer to any game since they are tied to the bonus shop from the title screen. That is unless you delete the game data that was tied to unlocking them in the first place. Atleast I believe so. Bonus weapons do not affect your end grade. (However you can't use bonus weapons to unlock the handcannon.) End grades are tied to time only. You can only get an S score on New Game +. S+ score is only achievable on a New Game.
Can you go back and get the assault rifle if you didn't get it back during chapter 10? I'm In chapter 11 right now and don't know if I can go and get it back. I don't have any save that I can go back too

Can someone help me The island treasure trophy won’t unlock? It’s the last one I need for platinum. The only thing I can think of is I’m on new game plus and the Le5 and sensor scope arnt there instead there are gold bars because I already picked them up on my normal run prior to this one. Is this what is causing the problem? Would appreciate any advice thanks
Actually it should count anyway. Even if you already picked up the scope and LE5. It just replaces them with a different treasure that you still have to pick up to get it! Hopefully that helps.
I feel like I’m missing something. I bought the rocket launcher for 160,000. Used it. Have no option for one at 50,000. But I see others on base game runs purchase two a playthrough. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Any help appreciated. Haha
So infinite rocket launcher also counts why they make infinite rocket launcher 2m you can't even get that much money in 1 run even if you sell everything
Some ppl choose to save up but if you go into assisted mode and save up as much as u can and buy a shit ton of first aid sprays at the end of the game then go into hardcore or pro mode you can sell all of them for a lot of money

@@allen8279 For pro S+ use Ashley armor and Chicago sweeper. Farm 30 Spinels in the village level and once you get to the castle you buy the weapon ticket and upgrade it. After that you proceed to plow trough the whole game cause you have infinite ammo.

Same thing. Currently on my first run, now at the end of chapter 13. Got all and bought all weapons, only missing the fighting knife from krauser in chapter 14 and the 4 special weapons and i'm currently on 23/29 instead of 24/29. Also had every grenade and the attached bolts/mines. I hope that the special rocket launcher you get at the endboss counts, because i dont know what else should be missing.
They took out PRL and mine thrower. Lmao thank god I don’t preorder despite resident evil 4 being my absolute favorite game.. Ill just wait for a sale on $20 with all contents included in a year or so.
The Mine Thrower was not removed but revamped. Its the Crossbow which you buy for 10K, you can create side sticker mines that you attach to the arrow and shot. Its the exact same but a bit more annoying to use.

These weapons only spawn on low difficulty’s. They are replaced with treasure on higher difficulty’s

I don't think you can use inf ammo guns in pro mode It's only available on Clear game save and not New game similar to the older Re 4
