Also Scott Porter is restricted. How does he have 4 at 18:27. Even if it is an ability created them, thought you can not have multiple of a restricted piece in any situation.
They are generated from outside the game. Plus, all team building rules are just for force construction. During the game, things can be added that would make your team illegal, but nothing happens. Otherwise, you couldn't mind control a prime character if you already had one on your team, for example.
Solid game, I wonder what the thought process was for selecting the big map there - must have been a tough choice against that Mastermold team, once the Scotts get rolling it's hard to breakthrough
I thought in the rules that a character has to be of standard size and single base to equip. If that is the case, then how could that guy equip the Power Gem to Dark Phoenix? Illegal.
@NargaCC7 yes, I know how that works. My original issue was the size of a character that could be equipped. So I finally found the new rules online from WizKids. Only standard characters can be assigned equipment. But anyone else can pick up and equip. Its just that extra step for the big boys and girls. Oh wow, Dark Phoenix with the Octopus Arms to gain Flurry!
Yep, they can't start equipped but can be equipped at any point during the game. I saw someone put the arrows on a dark phoenix, which was pretty nasty!

@@HeroclixHeadquarters Also, shouldn't equipment be placed 5 squares away from your starting area, unless that has been changed too?
@lordsauron3979 Nope, as of like 2022, you just pay the points to assign it to a character and they start the game equipped with it.
I love watching heroclix games event😊
