swb061r Black Panther (150 point line) beats all others. Besides him, you also put affeL064 Captain America and caav075e Peggy Carter on your Sideline and your golden. A very tough team to face, and so fun to play!

Actually, a 4-6 on a d6 is slightly better than 50/50.

That Jeff looks super fun. I probably won't buy them because that is a bit steep for only a single actual figure each.

Appreciate all the content you post! I think I’ve watched every set review you’ve ever done. I feel like it’s often hard to figure out what Wizkids products even contain so its always great to see your overviews. Have you ever considered going back to old sets and reviewing them through the lens of when they were released? I started playing during 10th anniversary and always thought it would be cool to see your thoughts on those old sets. Cheers!

Even though I don't play in tourneys I do like these types of things being awards. I know when they put special stuff as booster or case freebies we never get them in Canada so I'm almost more miffed when that happens.

I've done stuff like this several times. I love it. We've drafted figures or characters to play with that become part of our roster. So much you can do.

The closest I've come to playing in a league was playing the war of light events at Dave and Adams. I missed the first two events but attended the last 4 squeaking out just enough points for first place (because i basically won all 4 events i attended). My first event both boosters had a rare: Dex-Starr. Back before rule changes aggressively pushing him onto his second click with sidestep and poison was pretty monstrous. Main reason i didn't play any leagues was because i ran them. I ran events (including several years at origins) for 12 years before it got to be a bit too tiring. Fortunately i still get to play with a whole bunch of the great friends i made over those years 😊

I had the same thoughts for building around the wolverinepool. He unfortunately does not have the x-men keyword nor a keyword to cheat with genesis and apocalypse SLOP so the hellfire gala clix won't trigger his rolls ... I am fairly new though and do play a lot of Golden do you know of any clix that would cheat the x-men keyword on to him so the hellfire gala clix would trigger? ... I would love to be able to team him with them and saint walker.

The hit monkey chase trait triggers with their first hit allowing them to get the plus 1 attack and damage on their second attack. I used that to take down prime Colossus in a sealed game.

Yea to be honest all this nerf and errataing is out of control. So they make the characters then when they are good to play with, they make them unplayable. It's stupid I think because that's what made them good. Nobody wants to play with a useless character. I get making the game equal playing fields but not everything needs to be equal. Besides

IMO, they might as well have banned Blackheart, he’s been nerfed to a taxi of 2 contingent on keyword. Who the hell is gonna waste their time with that? Maybe if they had increased the number of passengers to equal Atlas Bear or even GL team ability i’d give him some thought, but now he’s a dust collector
