I have the simplest reason for using bar soap. I simply do not like body wash. Loofas make me itch and the stuff takes me longer to use. I've always used bar soap and I just like it better.
I use Irish Spring primarily (because I like the smell and it's cheap at Costco) but my mom tried to get me to switch to body wash (I have no idea why women do such stupid shit like this) and gave me a bottle of Irish Spring body wash as a part of my Christmas gift (I know, weird, eh?). So I tried it once, HATED IT and just started using it as shampoo until it was all gone. I guess I got some use out of it after all! 😁

i choose Bodywashes Because they moisturize my skin better, and technically you don't really need soap to essentially clean your whole body.
because even soap does have an effect.
even normal natural soap can effect the body if you over clean with it.
yeah, thats right i use Irish spring moisture blast bodywash Dove mens care+ and old spice pure sport bodywashes.

Yeah same I prefer a body wash too. It could be due to your water quality. A soap produces scum when it is used with hard water. Syndet bar is an alternative to bar soap
