What would a GOOD Suicide Squad game be like?

Rocksteady's Kill the Justice League is an undeniable failure, critically and commercially. But seeing how badly the game flopped, and with how badly every design decision seemed to be handled, it led me to ask myself a simple question:
Hypothetically, what would a good Suicide Squad game be like? So I made this video to imagine the idea, from tis story down to its game mechanics.
