    للناس الي تحب تشرب كوفي في البيت؛ وتحب الكبتشينو ولديهم مثل هذي المكينة او ما شابهها؛ طبعا اذا كنت لا تستطيع شراء مادة التنظيف (سعرها مبالغ فيه كثيرا) انا استخدم الخل الابيض؛ الخطوات: ضع ٥٠٠ مل من الخل البيض في حاوية الماء الخلفية؛ وابداء بالضغط على زر الأخير في الزاوية اليمنى (زر الحليب) لتبدا عملية تنظيف الترسبات؛ بعد ان ينتهي؛ املئ خزان الماء وأبدأ التنظيف مكرر نفس العملية السابقة (بون خل ابيض)... بعد ان تنتهي..الان المكينة اصبحت جاهزة للعمل؛ بدون شراء مادة التنظيف الغالية.. بالهنا وطيب المذاق. لا تنسى تدعي لنا؛ الله يرحم والديك

    very nice video. I can see now why they don't put the instructions for descaling on the packets. There are many different types of machine and descaling is different for them. For reference 500 ml is 16.9 oz, 29.57ml = 1 oz.

    I finally solved the problem. You must PUSH IN the hot water nozzle. Putting the hot water nozzle in is not sufficient. You must push relatively hard. Give it a little push in and that will do it.

    What do you recommend if after i click de-scale, the machine says desacling not completed? And when i retry, this error continues to pop up.

      @Zach Moore As a courtesy, let me tell you the outcome of my experience. I had to send my machine to Nespresso for repair then they sent it back. So not even with customer service on the phone I was able to move past step 3/4. Good luck!

      @@anitamonsef1074 You just push it in. That's what I did and it worked. Like pushing it almost like punching it in with the palm of hand.

    While descaling, lots of water comes out through the overflow valve (?) behind the capsule tray, is that OK? Should it do that? More water is coming out of that than through the coffee nozzle, even. Please advise.

    As I was reading all other comments 3 of them had the same problem I have, one off them (conservativehawk) says that his or her prob has been solved with out repairing,did I understand wrong?

    I am getting an error message "system empty repeat delivery" and the straw is not drawing up the milk. The water functions and coffee functions are working but can't get milk. Can you help?

    How long should I Waite to use machine after finish descaling ?
    Someone told I should wait for approximately 3 hours after descaling, and then use it.
    is it correct ?

    My machine doesn't let me go from step 3/4 to step 4/4. It's stuck on placing the hot water spout (step Descaling 3/4). I called customer service and they just walked the steps I found here. Anyone had this issue?
