I really enjoyed all of your videos and am waiting for the next one. I have subscribed. I have never eaten Japanese food but it is almost too beautiful to eat. It is art the way it is presented. The chefs are very talented. You'll be on many travels with many exotic foods. Maybe try something small before you work up to the bigger things such as ostrich or even alligator.

I watched NHK even before 3/11/11. I read and write some Japanese. I never practiced speaking. I played back my speech a few days ago: awful. Only my "r" is bearable. My Italian & French "r"s are great bc I learned them at 5 years old or before. And kept speaking them for many years. My German sounds are good , but my grammar isn't. I had memorized the entire Wagnerian Ring Cycle by 8. Listening to Metropolitan opera on radio.
