It has a fanbase and i assume it could be profitable. They keep on re-making starwars sets but maybe Lego should invest more in establishing it's original themes. Maybe some themes need more time to build a fanbase. A year ago did't expect rockraiders to be still a thing.
@@joehumpston7937what i like about those themes is how they have a crew of dinstinct looking characters with names ( like Rockraiders) I love the vintage vibe of Adventure and it's vehicles. I'm not very familiar with Alpha team but i bought a set with Radia just because her character-design and colors were so cool Life On mars is a personal favorite. I like the aliens and their tech and the peaceful exploration atmosphere.
It was a very cool series. I myself have 8 out of 10 sets in my collection. I won’t count the small ones because they are not so popular. I hope someday I will be able to purchase tunnel transport (although I don’t really like it, as if the child had collected it from what was at hand). And I would like the base itself).
Great stuff as always! I love the bits of humour you always throw in! 😊
Thanks!
Hey Slugger!
@@TheInvisibleCactusYT Hey! 😊

He's already here.
lol
Haha, beat you to it! 😆😉
@@RRSlugger Indeed you did.
I wish LEGO would bring this theme back.

@@hab0272 I got a few that I'd love to see newer versions of; Lego Adventurers, Alpha Team, Life on Mars, the list goes on.

@@hab0272 Before Lego did Indiana Jones, they created an Australian treasure hunter named Johnny Thunder.
I played this game SO much as a kid. Loved it
I loved the game! I never had any of the toys but man that was besides AoE2 my first step to strategy games!
That’s awesome!
I too have a cool working dumper.

4:48 I never knew those binoculars were on Rock Raider sets. I always assumed that piece was introduced in Star Wars sets in the early 2000's.
Amazing, I’ve never clicked on a video so fast!
awesome
reminds me of power miners from my own childhood
Power miners were the spiritual successors to rock raiders
