I'm surprised how friendly they are towards you. I would have thought they would all try and flee when u were in there but they were swarming instead, lmao. I love that tractor you have and I wish I had the space to be moving a large tractor like that so I could copy it!! It looks so well thought out and made for ease of use and maintenance in mind. I have a small stationary outdoor run for mine and they spook pretty easily when I'm working near them. I have to work from above through access doors though instead of walking near, so they may just be spooking by the thought of a aerial predator.
I have a smaller ground pen setup but its similar to moving them onto a new spot of pasture everyday, i like the foam idea i might do something similar
My dad's buddy raises ringneck pheasants on a bad year he makes 60k on a good year easy 160k sells them to hunting ranches and bird clubs for canned hunts.
@@pedrocarrillo3048 hell brother I don't know my Dad always talked about it but never went in details of how many birds. I remember he said 15 to 18 bucks a bird but in this day it would be more that was over 20 years ago
Decent underwear is a must when one's on camera...
Luke you are a legend!! Love these videos, will use them as a high school resource. Bless u mate.

I might need to try this with my small flight hutch and start spreading the droppings from the breeder and brood pens out in the fields.
that feeder is amazing... Can you make a video about that?
That’s cool bro
Where did you get the white rollers at the bottom of the cages? Love the cage design. Thanks Glenn
How do you keep the snakes and rodents out of the chicken wire? Not hardware cloth?
Any videos on how to build quail pods?
Hey Luke is your quail system still working well ?
Do you collect the eggs?
Nice
Do you have mesh on the floor? How do you keep the pythons out?
Do a video with the dogs and their everyday life
Do you have plans for your quail in closures?
What is this? Aquatic
Or quartic
Great video where do you get the tractors from?
I make them mate.
Hey do you have build plan/dimensions for this pod?
Its. 1800mm wide
4000mm long
1800mm high
25mm x 25mm cubed steel
I use tinted plastic for the roof and just tin around the bottom.

How about gathering eggs?
Quail have been domesticated for 1000s of years.
How about bobwhites?
but too little space for so many animals.
Quail seem to be fine with that amount of space.
How do you know?
@@MacJank7It’s supposed to be max 3 quail per square foot. This is too crammed.
Coturnix 😂
