      @@Astromythlete appreciate the comment! You're 100 percent correct. This particular routine is strictly experimental, especially since my back muscles don't attach to my spine. I'll gradually increase weight and reps until what I'm hoping to do is rep a lot of weight a lot of times. I don't think I've ever seen this routine happen before, but I'm curious to see if it works! Every 10 days I increase the number of reps by 1 per day.
