Mod Maker here, The 1st 2 evolution missions were basically the same as normal, other than boosting the drone count slightly for Swarmlings there was no need to do anything. Also, Splitter Banelings might be the most powerful tool the Zerg have. Old Soldiers: Cutscenes I usually leave alone and often I can get bit by always skipping them to speed up testing and then when people report a bug based on the cutscene I address it. For this one, I think I prevented the skip because it was fun to see a base being nuked and not because it broke things but it was a while ago. Baneling waves are so fun to watch. I hope you enjoyed watching and if you want to play the mod go to the 5th link in the description > Getting Started > Projects > Search 1 Hp or One Shot.
Does it refer to him only sitting in his base doing nothing but watching a DVD standby screen? Or am i genuinly just very oblivious to another meaning here?
Remember the firebats are not as strong as they were the first time. The tooltip in the first mission was specific in saying they were buffed for that mission only. Now they've got that fire delay that pretty much makes they useless.
Kerrigan death count: 12 This episode: +2 Also, I had to: Swarm Evolution Opportunity #2: "Splitter Banes" 'Abathur here. That's 200% more Bane, per Bane. This is the same technology we've been using on Zagara for decades. Scares the creep out of 'er! He-he. They come in hundreds of designer colours, including: "Cyber Forest", "Desert Oasis", "MMR Plateau", er, "Dusk at the Towers"... What idiot picked th~ Then we morph 'em up and ship 'em straight to your base. So that you can protect the things that matter most. Just try and get close to that Hatch - hah - your funeral. This whole run will be Grant's comment about Ace's Omega mission in the broodwar speedrun: - He'll need a very diverse army composition which can answer multiple challenges. He'll need a ranged unit to deal with enemy ranged infantry. That's the Hydralisk. He'll need reliable anti-air. That'll be the Hydralisk. He'll need a fast, flanking unit to combat enemy melee. That will be the Hydralisk. And he'll also need a crowd-control unit, that will be the Lurker. Which is mutated from... you guessed, the Hydralisk.
Splitter Banelings mixed with already having the 3x turbo zergling, yeah, seems like the way to go. Now just give Kerrigan spawn baneling and just giggle as you have her hatch some free ones every so often.
4:35 Giant Moth Games, can't help but stand as close to the lava as possible. I honestly didn't know the tank could reach across that gap, because no regular commander would put melee units up against the gap there lol
6:21 'Barely' implies you having at least one building. It is barren right now. 6:38 Grant: I'll take it. 13:15 If I could fly and know there's a fuckin' burrowed baneling somewhere close to me, I'd play the floor is lava and not touch the ground. 18:13 The siege tank killing a tumor and collatting a viking is just peak 1-shot Terran. 18:45 Oh, _shit._ 20:38 It's a poorly-guarded diary too, since even the Zerg get notifications. Must've messed up the CCs in the email. 24:01 Go Kaldir, we need those hydralisk evolutions.
Grant just wanted to get this comment in early in case you might see this. I have been watching your videos for almost 2 years. They are not only amazing feats of dedication in gaming, but your sense of humor makes them that much more entertaining. One of my favorite channels! Please do more challenge runs. What about Warcraft 2?
If you want tough missions go Zerus surely? Both the ice missions should be simple, the first you get the roach which is meh but have the freeze to help and thats just op The second you have the hydra target the shuttle, should be simple. But doing the Zerus defence without the Hydra? That sounds like the hardest route to me.
I think its awesome how I saw this video, and it was posted 2 minutes ago. It had 10 views and 8 likes. You have a very dedicated fast response fanbase Grant :p
Okay. I think Kaldir will be harder, but not for the reason you might expect. Obviously the first two missions will be no problem; you can snipe all the Psi-Link Spires with a couple of Zerglings in the first flash freeze, and your Hydralisks can one-shot the shuttles and all their Skytoss escorts. Here's the thing, though. Remember how, at the beginning of "Enemy Within," you start with just the little larva that grows into Niadra? Remember how, at the end of that opening segment, there's a scene where you have to infest an Ursadon to pummel a couple of Zealots and a Sentry to death? Y'know how that Ursadon has a little roar animation that takes half a second as you gain control over it, and always takes at least a tiny bit of damage from the Sentry before you can give it an order?
If you want a challenge, the no questions asked: Zerus. Good luck against primal mutalisks with no anti air, and the 1hp defense mission, into the boss gauntlet
Kaldir is going to be a blitz, but Zerus has mutas and I'm half-certain you could just a-click every mission on Kaldir with those, beating the entire planet in 20 minutes, 15 of which would be you trying to deduce the puzzle which is oneshot "Enemy Within"
Let's go with Zerus, should be pretty interesting to see how the Swarm Host goes and will be funny to see the big bosses in Supreme just pop. Mutas will probably make Kaldir easy but it would be fun to see a muta flock doing work there.
I don't know if raptorlings get a damage immunity during their jump. That would be the only reason to pick them in this mods. previously your strategy was "drown them in bodies" and the swarmling clearly gives you more bodies per mineral.
Now that you've got Splitter Banes + Swarmlings, I don't really think it matters... but more ranged energy would probably be the easier option, since banes and 'lings can't shoot up.
IMO Zerus would be harder, as your only non queen AA unit would be 100/100, and they still get out ranged by hydras, Toss would be easy to steamroll with queens and your new stuff
ahh yes, primal kerrigan, unlock the ability to... jump her 1hp butt into range of everything? >< i'd be tempted to go for her because it unlocks more options in the tree, on the other hand it also gives you mutas and swarms which is multi kills and free units and the missions probably not gonna be that hard considering the 1 hit kill on all the bosses etc (though path to slivan might be rough) Kaldir I just think will be pretty easy all around as long as you have defences for the sneak attacks.
Zerus gives you better tools. I don't think the Mutalisk is going to be as good as you think, but the Swarm Host might be legitimately good with a bit of micro, since the locusts are as tough as ultralisks in this mod. Surviving the Crucible might be tough, though. Go to Khaldir first. 1HP Roaches are trash, and Hydralisks are too expensive to be the bulk of your composition.
Eh Kaldir for harder missions. Mass air toss with h.temps can be ur bane. with less mutations and levels to counter for them XDXD. And it will make Zerus to get buffed as well. I want the Crucible to be as hard as possible with better primals and 1hp chrisalys XDXDXDXDXD
A lot of reasonably popular youtubers get targeted by those bots for the first few minutes of videos being released before they are taken down and ones that piggy back on each other promoting some product with multiple accounts with replys and hundreds of upvotes. TH-cam gets better detection and the bot makers come up with new ways of beating it.
I say go to Kaldir mainly just for Tunneling Claw Roaches. Also, as I was watching this video I realize something, but I'm not going to say what I realize as to keep Grant in the dark. We'll get there when we get there.

Is it possible to make 1hp mods for the co-op modes? Could be good content
swarmling+splitter banes basically 9 hits tankyness with aoe for around 100 resources combined yup thats the meat shield now we need other attackers
Zagara cleverly burrowed some extra hatcheries right below the main ones, just in case
Warfield killed the decoy Hatcheries. Clever Queen.
VISION!
"click that floppydisc Warfield, you saved nothing!"
Daily reminder that Grant does genuinely good humor and entertaining commentary

"What does it take to kill you?" Literally anything my guy.
A sneeze
3:27 Grant watching his Swarmling emergency defence fail miserably on Korhal:

Sarah was never taken of the ghost mailing list apparently
21:22 i guess you could say... More bane for your buck?
The constant reference to banelings being land mines reminds me of a song parody by nerd alert
Banelings, banelings, banelings ohhhh!
If you go to Zerus first (1HP coccon sounds truly awful), does that mean you could go full annihilation on Shoot the Messenger with Mutalisks?
Also Khaldier third just seems evil.

Yeah, Grant is great ;)
Grant talking about the muta like he hasn't seen Ace's ongoing sc1 1hp series
If you want tough missions go Zerus surely?

Splittet banes! Zeruuuuus? A lot of combat, a defense mission with 1 hp defendee.
I think its awesome how I saw this video, and it was posted 2 minutes ago. It had 10 views and 8 likes. You have a very dedicated fast response fanbase Grant :p
Swarmling with zergling reconstitution
From what swarmling? 1 raptor > 1 swarmling
@zetterzet yes but the constant respawning swarmlings will keep the base somewhat defended
@@J.Moore1172 respawning raptors too
I say Zerus. Hydra Micro will be godly, so let's put it off a while longer and go to Zerus without that tool.
Split 'er banes getting their redemption arc.
Okay. I think Kaldir will be harder, but not for the reason you might expect. swarmlings, splitter banes and corpser roaches together would be destroyer of worlds
I say go to Zerus next, because well? I want to make Grant suffer and delay Hydras as long as possible.
I played this mod a while ago and I hope spawn baneling gives Grant as much joy as it gave me XD
Splitter banes!
That is so so so so so so so so so so so many banelings, and they just a roll roll roll rolling over everything, tasteless
If you want a challenge, the no questions asked: Zerus.

Swarmling plus Splitterbane? Instant swarm. Abathur approved.
Also, Kaldir would be harder than Zerus.
Go get primal Kerrigan, defend a 1hp cocoon
Well, if Ace's SC1hp playthrough is anything to go off of, then all Grant would need to do is set a bunch of Mutas to patrol around the egg.
Primal Mutalisks exist right? Kerrigan's cocoon mission sounds like it could provide some troubles.
I mean the primal kerrigan no build has to be hellish right?
Geometry Dash reference on the GGG's channel there's no way
Let's go with Zerus, should be pretty interesting to see how the Swarm Host goes and will be funny to see the big bosses in Supreme just pop.
Mutas will probably make Kaldir easy but it would be fun to see a muta flock doing work there.
Splitter strain will be awesome in this mod
I am Loving this, it's like mini nightmare
I don't know if raptorlings get a damage immunity during their jump. That would be the only reason to pick them in this mods. previously your strategy was "drown them in bodies" and the swarmling clearly gives you more bodies per mineral.
Kaldir will be easy, only question is: How will you survive the freeze cutscene?
Would Kerrigan’s Crysalis also have 1 HP. That mission might be terrifying in that case.
You should go Zerus next
Kaldir! Let's get the swarm as strong as possible before heading to Zerus.
i want to see how the baneling tide does vs the protoss fortress on kaldir 2
I fully hope an exceptionnal augustgrad if nova's promises are respected :)
Now that you've got Splitter Banes + Swarmlings, I don't really think it matters... but more ranged energy would probably be the easier option, since banes and 'lings can't shoot up.
Splitter Banes. 100% more baneling per baneling.
Kaldir next. The other planet has mutas, which might be really good and you can't have that on a kill flyer mission.
splitter banes
Can't you set campaign banes burrow to autocast and they will come up and attack automatically while burrowed?
Splitter Banes
IMO Zerus would be harder, as your only non queen AA unit would be 100/100, and they still get out ranged by hydras, Toss would be easy to steamroll with queens and your new stuff
Wait- Spitter banes are actually great against tanks. When the tanks shoot they just make more targets.
I cant think of a "Last time I was this early" joke. So please insert your favorite one yourself. Thank you for your cooperation.
I think zerus will be harder, as not having the hydra will hurt quite a lot, tho it may make kaldir easier with access to the muta
Is there benefit of evochamber wall on 1hp mod? Zerglings on hold seems to have the same effect
edit: splitter banes would be even better
Splitterbaaaains
Well Grant, if you ask for it.....
Go to Zerus first and Kaldir last.
No Hydras for you, since range is king in this mod.
ahh yes, primal kerrigan, unlock the ability to... jump her 1hp butt into range of everything? >< i'd be tempted to go for her because it unlocks more options in the tree, on the other hand it also gives you mutas and swarms which is multi kills and free units and the missions probably not gonna be that hard considering the 1 hit kill on all the bosses etc (though path to slivan might be rough)

Splitter banes.
Zerus might be harder because of the defense mission, Or maybe it will be a breeze Lol

You want harder? Zerus it is lol
Im want to see some ZvP lets go to kaldir!
Go to zerus, crucible could be ridiculously hard at this point
Eh Kaldir for harder missions. Mass air toss with h.temps can be ur bane. with less mutations and levels to counter for them XDXD. And it will make Zerus to get buffed as well. I want the Crucible to be as hard as possible with better primals and 1hp chrisalys XDXDXDXDXD
Grant, what's your go-to mass effect class?
And do you enjoy Andromeda? I do. It has it's issues, but so do all the games.
Zerus itself will be harder, but it'll make Kaldir too easy. Mutas on the shuttle mission? Broken. I vote Kaldir first.
wow man that is a bot named anna is not a real Person I click and view and saw Nudity By the channel how is that even Allowed on youtube
