looking for inspiration for my line up for this year I found your video, I loved it, I think we have similar likes and interests, so it was very useful, thank you very much for sharing it
Thank you so much for watching! Are you in some of the same planners? Or were you talking about my not-so-mini obsession with myths and legends? 'Cause either would be amazing. 😍😍😍
I like your line up. Food tracking helped me find out I was sensitive to nut butters. I have since learned they need fruit enzymes for better digestion, so I eat fruit and nuts together. I also learned that pork upsets my system, so I do better on a clean Daniel Plan diet or eat Kosher. New sub wishing you all the best during 2023!
Isn't it amazing what we can learn from a food log?! I was having so much trouble a couple years ago and had never tracked my food intake before, but it's helped me so much. I learned that I somehow developed fairly serious sodium and sugar sensitivities, plus it really helped me to manage them. Now I know just how much I can have without swelling up like Violet Beauregarde in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. :) So glad tracking was able to help you as well. Thank you so much for subscribing!!

@@snarkywordsworth both! I really love your way of journaling and how not- so-obviously show your taste for myths and legends 😂💙
