Hey man, to be honest I’m not too sure if this particular downpipe would fit the hybrid model. Maybe you could look around online and see if anyone makes them for the hybrid model specifically?

Full exhaust , intake kit + remap would be good for starters, If you wanna go deeper then a set of aftermarket cams and intake manifold would give you even better gains on top.
