Domi Outdoor Living 9’ x 13’ Outdoor Retractable Pergola Against The Wall with Weather-Resistant Canopy Aluminum Garden Pergola Patio Grill Gazebo for Courtyard
The instructions was not good at all. I do this for a living and this was one of the toughest and most complicated furniture I ever assembled plus I lost money trying assemble this. Don’t buy this item until they come up with better instructions
Florida here also, St Petersburg. Putting together the Domi 9 x 13 attached (to house) retractable (cloth) roof system. We have a hip roof and due to clearances for our entry door, we want to install the roof shade so that it opens and stores from the beam that is furthest from the house. Otherwise when stored it will prevent us from using the door. Please advise with any recommendations on how to alter the instructions to achieve this important modification. Thank you...
It is very attractive! It looked so good, it inspired my husband to redo our deck with composite decking and new railing. I feel like we added on another room!! Our deck got full sun all day so we hardly used it. With this canopy we are out there ALL the time.
I don't remember exactly. But it was not a lengthy project. I am still enjoying the space to this day. I would see neighbors turning heads when I first put it up.
Oh geez, swapping the poles!!!! WE DID THAT TOO
How come
We just didn’t pay attention to the front side vs the back side of the poles. The screw holes were facing out instead of in lol

@@LuisChiriboga-eq2sf it’s okay, your brain is soft
Personally the canopy was the most difficult/time consuming.
Much appreciated

Ours was the 12x14 so we had center supports aside from the 4 corner posts.
EXCELLENT source of shade. 10-15 degree temperature change under it. I love this!!
I love the way our patio looks. Neighbors often stop to look at it.

Hi. Just watched your video, and I'm in the uk and looking to buy the UK equivalent. How well has your faired after 1 year. Great video. Thanks. Paul
So far so good
The one from B&m? I’m also looking at buying this
Great job. How long did it take you to assemble it?

good video, i am thinking to place in the backyard of my restaurant in south florida too, the city doesn't request permits?
As long as you don't plan to attach it to the wall
Has is rained at all since you've had it assembled? I'm curious how waterproof it is and if rain drops will pool up and leak through.
Mild rain is ok. When is a windy and strong you better fold it
Thanks for the video. What kind of anchor screws did you use for the base plates?
I used stainless steel expanding anchors

How you screwed to the concrete what you use
I used concrete anchors. Drilled a hole per screw and when you tighten those they expand and hold really well.
