    Thank you, Jen! I get triggered and dysregulated so easily. But I can come back to this and remember to be more flexible and relax and to not get defensive. I can pray to🙏Thank you.

      Wonderful! I’m a highly sensitive person too. Normally that comes with qualities such as enjoying life fuller, being creative and loving from a deep place, but it also comes with challenges of being able to take our emotions to God to know when we’re feeling things that are helpful and when we’re feeling things that are not completely based in truth! I do this work continually.
