    Nice crawl. I'm digging the color of the truck and those tires are definitely working well on that rig. 👍👍

    Awesome garage, RC trucks and outdoor crawler country. Thanks for sharing!

    I'm impressed I expected the front wheel to lift on the ramp. Not so impressed with the yellow body but that green has a mean machine look . I was just looking at these the other night and kinda tossed the idea around about getting one for the rocks. My kidos are all rock dwellers out in the wild lol. Super test with tire swap and info . Thank you .

    The ecto looks awesome, seems to do pretty good, once it's properly set up I bet it's a crawling machine.

      I was going to try one of those but holmes hobby recommended to 27 or 21 turn trail master for the crawler & its awesome

    I would love to have a set of the 2.2 Traxxas wheels and tires

      Sorry I just traded the truck that had to set on it today. I have to keep the other set that I have.

    I run 8mm hub extensions, wheel weights and run 60 weight oil in the shocks. I have the gatekeeper and my brother has the ecto. The gatekeeper is a bit more top heavy.

    I really love that rig! Ended up getting the Jtu to build instead of this cuz I saved 120 bucks lol. Although I will have one soon!

    Crawl master is even better for what your doing though both are good .

    Totally off subject, but do you ever consider going brushless on any of your crawlers? I acquired a Spectrum Firma 60A esc, 2100kv sensored motor, crawler combo, thought about swapping it into my K10…..The K10 does already have a 1080 in it, stock motor, whatcha think about it?

    • @ezboyrc553
      @ezboyrc553  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would get a brushless system if I could afford it I got one on a trade today but it's more for a race car it's too fast for my crawler. If you're running the hobby wing 1080 get you a trail master motor probably 27 turn or 21t and you will be real happy.

      @@ezboyrc553 The 1080 is so smooth and controllable, I just can’t justify putting the brushless in…I guess if I were to put in the 27t over the 21t trailmaster it would have more speed?

      @@macharleys72 No it's the other way around 21 It's faster than the 27th but not much. The higher the number the slower the turn. A 35t aint bad but it's a little too slow
