Excellence at Hillsboro Medical Center

“Having someone see the excellence in me made me also see that there is a lot of excellence in staff that’s not always seen by them," says Sarika Singh, Medical Surgical Unit Nurse Manager at Hillsboro Medical Center.
She adds, “I’ve been very involved in encouraging staff to take that extra step, get that extra education and be able to be a champion for that skill or procedure."
