I work as a CNA in a skilled nursing facility; it is both a rewarding and difficult job altogether. As a CNA you'll be spending the most time with the patients, taking care of them and listening to their concerns.

I was taking care of a resident ans all she said in conversation " your my favorite" thats all I needed to make my day, But It is hard pysycal work, We must take care of ourselves, Lets learn from our routines. I can do about 25,00 Steps in a 16 hour shift. I bought $115.00 Orthopedic Shoes, Take care of yourself!.

Hi is this job easier than PCA

PCA is easier. PCAs are mostly in a hospital, and it is easier., and pays more, and you have fewer patients, and less lifting. But the training is more the same although some PCA dare also train to draw blood and put in IV lines depending on the facility. This looks like an assisted living facility. If you have a chance to be a PCA take that.
