I think that glucagon is the one rising when sugar goes down,, and that glucagon drives the pathway ( low citrate levels) of glucolysis.

Absolutely blown away. You are so knowledgeable about the human body. Trying to educate myself because I have high renin and high aldosterone levels and low potassium. The doctors are stumped on this one. I think it might have something to do with not being able to reabsorb water. Maybe the proximal convoluted tubules. Still having tests done.

Fasting does not reduce the muscles. i have fasted only up to 10 days, and when i got back to the gym, I got back to the same weights, to the same number of reps...

I so appreciated this instruction...it was very informative to me, in a better way that I could break it down and understand it...I just recently had a CT scan for my lungs, and in the reading they found I have nodules on my Adrenal Gland. I am also diebetic, and I barely eat but kept putting on weight and my A1C's were high and I couldn't understand it all...Now im getting a better picture of how this is happening...I didn't even know what the hell the Adrenal Gland was, or anything about Cordisol...So thank u...maybe next time u can include or do a separate video showing how a Nodual can throw a wrench into things.....

This explains why some people have a habit of eating sweets (or say ice cream) when they're stressed (high cortisol): Because they on some level know that it will make them less stressed (lower cortisol production) - at least until the insulin has kicked in for a while and drained the blood flow from the glucos, bringing it into that fat and muscle cells, and thus the cycle sort of continues, possibly at least
