- Hey Guys. I shot this vlog last year when I went back to Perth for Christmas. It's a little compilation video of the fun times I spent with my best friend and some nice spots around Perth.

Travelling to Australia has always been on my bucket list, but Perth was never on my radar before. If I ever have a chance to travel to Australia in the future, I'll definitely visit Perth as well. It's a beautiful place.
Dude seeing my own city like this is so trippy, I go to half these places several times a year, if not more. I also go to the same card/game shops and used to play Pokémon go in kings park all the time with my friends, it’s like tripping, deja vu and nostalgia all rolled into one 😂

Perth/Stewart, I really love this “backstory” on your hometown! I am very embarrassed to admit that as an American, we tend to first think about Sydney, then maybe Melbourne, Brisbane and the Great Barrier Reef. Perth being on the west coast is something we know little about except perhaps that it was the hometown of Heath Ledgers. I do recall a TV documentary about a train that went STRAIGHT for many, many miles I believe headed towards Perth. Nevertheless, this gives us fans of yours, so much greater depth. For example only recently did I learn that Gawin the actor is actually from Erie, Pennsylvania, USA, which is about a 9 hour drive from where I live! Yet he’s successful in Thai television series!

What a wonderfully fun video! Brought back memories of my own best bestie when I was growing up and a visit back I had after about 20 years. In 1970, shortly after I graduated from high school, we buried a time capsule to be opened in 2000. It was fun to open up and remember where we were at at that point in our lives.

I loved this vlog. I spent my primary school years in Perth and revisited in 2018 for the first time in a few decades (yes I'm old!). It was like going home and I wished my family had never left Western Australia, but what can you do when you're a kid & your Dad is in the Air Force? King's Park is really beautiful, in fact Perth is a very pretty city. I'm glad you managed to catch up with your bestie, and that you will have time for a trip home soon - maybe when WA is over the current extreme heatwave!

As a South Aussie that’s not been to WA, I have to say it’s really beautiful! I really want to go Perth sometime. It’s been on my list to just travel around all of Australia. If you haven’t been to Adelaide before Stewart (or anyone) you should definitely come visit.

I have friends that I've known most of my life, and I will say that as you get older, it is really comforting to have people in your life who knew you as a child, your parents, your family, etc. I don't know how you stayed away from home for 5 years, but thanks for showing your beautiful city.

I have been to Perth once and didn’t even see a fraction. Did get to the park though. Can also recommend doing the 3-day Indian Pacific Train trip across to Sydney if you are thinking of visiting.

Interesting to hear that primary school starts for y’all at the age of six!! For us here in Singapore, we can start enrolling children in preschools as soon as they hit 18 months old, where they’re in Playgroup, and then at 3 years old, we start Pre-Nursery or Nursery 1, then Nursery (2) at 4 years old, and finally Kindergarten 1 and 2 at 5 and 6 years old respectively, before going on to primary school at the age of 7
This was a really good video. Your narration skills are excellent - have you ever considered doing that as part of your acting? I feel like there are heaps of documentaries all around the world that would benefit from your voice. And even voiceover work on animated productions. Your voice is so nice to listen to. Aussie accents can be nasal and whiny occasionally but yours definitely isn’t. You don’t rush your speech, but it doesn’t drag either. It never feels scripted or rehearsed but at the same time it doesn’t feel haphazard and chaotic either. You’re so precise and intentional in what you say that it’s such a pleasure to sit back and listen. Honestly the subject is pretty much irrelevant - it’s nice just listening and watching you.
So thank you for making this video and sharing a glimpse of your life with us. It further increases that feeling that you are a genuine, nice guy not someone with a yukky side hidden under the surface 🤗
Can you do another Q&A soon please? I’d love to know more about how the Asian entertainment companies work - eg recently I found out that filming days are labelled Q. In the US things are filmed in one block of time mostly, so hearing that it’s not done that way in Thailand completely shook my mind!
